The two deliverypeople that dropped off my new washer/dryer were polite and professional. They were careful with bringing them inside my house and fitting them into a smaller space without damaging the walls, and didnt seem annoyed when I showed them were to put them.

If you wear sport jackets, suits and other type of clothing that will need special care. You’ll save much money in the long term! First day I refreshed 10 jackets, cleaners will charge $20 each, basically saved $200 by looking at it the first day.

The guys that delivered my Samsung appliances called and told me they were running late but it was the holidays. Dishwasher, oven and microwave all hooked up no problem, the guys were very efficient. The refrigerator was dubbed up but that could have been during shipping.

The team was fast and professional. Took good care of the tv handling when bringing it upstairs. Would highly recommend getting home delivery to save you that hassle!

This TV is phenomenal and is my third purchase of an LG TV, the last one was for my fiance, the previous two were for me the first one was broken due to moving. I ordered one within the next hour to replace the first one.LG TV are the go to TV for me.

The scheduling for our delivery was straight forward and convenient. The actual Delivery was even easier! They arrived early within the delivery window so we weren't waiting all day. The techs were so fast, efficient and left no mess! My mind is completely at easy for future deliveries from Best Buy and have already started telling all of my friends to go through them!

When I purchase this range, I was given a delivery time of 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. The day before delivery, I got an email changing my delivery time from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The morning of the delivery, I received a call from Abraham (one of the drivers) and ask if they could come early because of some cancellations. They gave me a time of 11 a.m. to 1 pm. At 10:30 am, the truck pulled up, Roberto (the second driver) came in, pulled the stove out, disconnected it. Abraham then came in with straps, they hooked it up took the stove out of the house. A few minutes later they came in with a new stove. Roberto connected it while Abraham took the part out connected it. Roberto show me how to use the oven have a signed documents and they were out of the door. It was now 10:50 am. They did a FANTASTIC job.

I have bought this product for 5 years . Have no issues with it whatsoever. Getting ready to buy the matching washer. Third party installers are not allowed to undo the current unit to reinstall the new unit.

The delivery was on time , the delivery people reached out and the communication was excellent. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. Very satisfied with Best Buy’s delivery service .

It was totally worth it to have the geek squad come set up and deliver my hundred inch TV. I had to provide my own purchased mounting device, which was fine because I had exactly what I wanted. They were great and fast.

Nothing but great things to say about the team that came with my fridge and wheeled it exactly into the placw I need it and did everything cheerfully and professionally. To be honest I didn't expect to be so impressed but now I won't hesitate to buy a Best Buy installed item.

The washer and dryer are very good quality and comes with amazing technologies such as water level sensor and dry sensor. These are life changing add ins. I am happy with it. The installer technicians had a delay and went above and beyond along with the store manager to arrange a delivery and installation service over the weekend for me.
