Excellent service carried it into my home called before and after delivery

I was at work and was able to keep track of where the delivery team was making it possible for me to leave work and get home on time to accept my TV. Great feature. The delivery team was outstanding. Excellent service and very professional.

Bought the house 2 years ago, did the DIY and changed all the appliances, microwave and range are from Samsung. Before and after pictures attached. We didn’t have to cut the cabinets shorter to fit the microwave, it fits perfectly. Really love this low profile over the range microwave. Look sleek and beautiful. So yes the photos is 2 year old and so is the microwave, working very well. Use it couple of times everyday day.

The home delivery and Geek Squad representatives were the most knowledgable and complrehensive group of people i have worked with at Best Buy. Juan and Danan came to my house and efficiently removed items for pickup and unboxed and installed my equipment with extreme care and careful attention to detail. They left my residence without a single sign that they were there except of course the amazing TV/Audio setup i have seen amongst any of my friends! These guys were courteous, professional, honest and i cannot say enough good things about them. They have inspired my technological upgrade journey and i will absolutely been contacting them again for the next project. Fantastic job fellas! And thank you, Best Buy for giving me a truly exceptional experience!

Purchased this budget tv 65 inch for $340 tax & delivery included. Well worth the money. Delivery was great and I was notified by the delivery driver the time and my delivery location preference. 2 delivery men delivered this tv and not 1 delivery driver like Amazon, Fed ex, UPS or Shipt driver. I'm glad bestbuy still uses real delivery personal. Unboxing was no hassle and nothing was damaged or out of place. I'm very impressed with bestbuy's website ease of purchase and choice of delivery time, day and location preference. I would definitely recommend bestbuy and this Hisense 65 inch QD5 to anyone who's on a budget but wants the lastest in technology such as google tv, 4k resolution and dolby Atmos surround sound. Coming from a long-term Samsung enthusiast I would recommend this tv in a heartbeat.

Justin and Harry were fantastic. They made the delivery of my huge refrigerator look easy. Easily removed my front door and safely moved the refrigerator into the house. Refrigerator arrived in perfect condition.

I have been looking at this and other 75 inch 4k's for a while and finally pulled the trigger on the Vizio P series. Overall reviews have been very good with positive comps to the OLED &QLED models at a 30%-70% higher landed price. Now about two weeks in I'd say: do believe the hype. Overall blacks are deep and awesome, picture quality fantastic. Clarity in HDR and DV are extremely impressive with both disc and streaming. Only place I really note the difference between this and the top end OLED's is with the level of brightness in the advanced formats. A concession I was well aware of and as I was not in a position to pay out yet another $1.5k one I'm happy to live with. To summarize, if your looking for an awesome state of the art 75 inch TV in the under $2k range I beleive you can do no better. If you have the extra $1.5k...live it up and get the extra brightness. Or, to put it another way....perhaps not perfect, but perfect for me.

For a big box store I have to say Best Buy has never let me down with delivery service. We purchased all our major appliances from Best Buy. Crew was professional, tidy, and mostly cleaned up after themselves. We bought our home in 2023 and so far everything is fantastic.

This TV is amazing! One year in and I’m still in awe tbh. For a while I thought I wanted an OLED TV but this is near it! Blacks are so deep as the many reviews confirm. Roku software is a complete first for me and I love it. No lag ever and what a beautiful layout! Coming from Vizio I’ll likely never buy their products again. TCL series 6 is a beast and I have no regrets! Great for gaming too! No issues playing games on my Xbox series S which happens to be a match made in heaven for this TV set. Easily the best TV I have purchased in life so far. No regrets!!! 75 inches by the way.

The delivery driver was up front about the box being crushed. He contacted the company and sent pics. The company said they would reimburse a portion of the cost due to denting but I haven't seen this yet.

I love this fridge. It’s perfect! It has so much storage space to keep everything organized. It’s also big enough without taking too much space in my kitchen. I love the space in the freezer section as well. Keeps everything separated perfectly. I live that I can just pull it out and see everything that I have.

The product has to be the best invention ever created. To not having to take out the clothes to dry and the machine doing everything for you. The machine is also great in size because it holds a very large load. I also love that I don’t have to stress about the stackable situation. The only thing I don’t like is the machine is extremely heavy and she’s very thick. But overall amazing investment and especially she uses 120 power

I love my LG 75ich tv recently just brought a 86 inch had my 75 for two years. It works well with Apple play. I can ask Siri to turn on and off my TV also sit a sensor to when I am leaving the house it will automatically turn the TV off picture quality is great for the budget thought it was very big until I got my 86 very nice TV. Recommend to buy Best Buy delivery was very fast and very helpful.
