Such a professional experience with the personable young duo that delivered and placed our new Insignia refrigerator into a space just large enough to accommodate it. They took pride in their ability to make it all a pleasurable experience for us!

Both guys were very friendly and measured to make sure everything worked. They even wiped the bottom of shoes before stepping inside my home. Very professional!!

It’s an 85 inch TV so obviously too heavy for me to bring home so I opted for the home delivery. They were very proficient and did a good job. They were respectful of the house and very friendly ,so I would recommend them .I put the TV up myself with the help of my grandson but if you need the geek squad help, they are a good source of that.

So fast! My house is so hard to get huge pieces of furniture in and these people dod it woth ease.

They did a great job delivering parked it in front of the house, which was a little bit annoying, but they were professional. They dropped off the stove in a professional manner. And left as soon as they were done. They took any trash that was left behind

When getting it delivered I was happy with the team that came by they made sure to call and message prior. So delivery was smooth.

So we purchased many items for our new home recently. •A Bella pro series fryer • 2 refrigerators from Insignia yup 2! • and a washer and dryer + all the attachments + steam hose + became new BestBuy Membership owners! About to buy a playstation 5 with all the bells & whistles too, coming soon for Christmas! The delivery drivers on two separate occasions delivered to our door and then went the extra mile by extending their help beyond our belief! So friendly, so helpful and their willingness to carry everything up the flight of stairs for us elderly and some not as strong! We admire all their work and know they deserve a whole lot more than a simple fee thank you’s.! I hope bestbuy rewards them to the max this Holiday! Thank You for making our Christmas a blessed one! Make sure you tell the crew you are a total BEst Buy member otherwise they don’t even want to help with the product into your room choice. They wanted to drop it off in my foyer ! I asked them to please bring it to my TV Room and they had to call the manager to ask. After that they even unbox and installed the TV on my tv table. This basic installation is what your membership includes. Be aware of all what this means. This is a 98” TV which needs at least 2 men to carry to instal etc.
