What can I say about home delivery. Young men, that are strong like bull. take the dishwasher off the truck, into your house, and install it. Instead of you buying it at the store. Borrow a truck from a friend. Then borrow the friend to help you unload it when you get it home. Get it into the house. Now the installation fun starts. I'm tired just thinking about it.

It is best television I ever used. But it got broken

The team that came out today was amazing. They got the huge tv installed in less time than I thought and were great to just talk to.

Delivery men were quick and efficient with getting the fridge in the house and setup. They answered all of our questions quickly and well.

The day before scheduled delivery, I got a reminder email from Best Buy. 30’ before arriving, I got a text message from Diego (delivery guy) at 7:30am (my scheduled delivery time was 7am-1pm). Jonathan and Diego were wearing masks when they arrived my house. Diego came in and measure my old fridge to make sure new fridge fit in. Delivery was extremely smooth, professional and fast. Diego also made sure water dispenser working probably before he left. He also put the leveler on top the fridge fridge to make sure it’s even. I’m very appreciate for Jonathan and Diego’s work.

The Washer & Dryer home Delivery crew was Amazing! This has to be the first time a delivery crew appeared very knowledgeable of the installation of the washer/dryer, the lent vent and did not scratch up my wall while moving the old and new Washer/Dryer set in. I can't thank them enough for conducting such an amazing job. Best Buy delivery crews get it done the right way, the first time!

I had a Samsung refrigerator delivered. The guys were on time and did a great job getting the refrigerator into place. They set it up quickly and gave me all the pertinent information I needed. They were professional, polite and very helpful.

Home delivery took a bit but it was worth it. They communicated, were on time, polite and put the freezer in place. It was a very nice experience and will do this again through Best Buy

Marquell was the absolute best. He was professional, efficient, and very attentive to detail. Took care not to damage walls or the appliances themselves, and was super friendly and kind while working. Delivered fridge, stove, microwave, and took old stove. Best experience.

The delivery was quick, and the installation was even quicker. The installers made sure to answer any questions I had before leaving. They also took all the cardboard boxes and made sure not to leave a mess. The only thing I had to do was wait for the software to download to actually start using the treadmill (took about an hour).

Delivery went so smooth we were surprised. Right on time. Friendly service. And not a crack or dent on the box.

BEST BUY’s delivery service was on point! They came at the time they said they would, assembled the washer and dryer with the pedestals taking care of the items, guided me with some of the questions and instructions and hauled away the old washer and dryer. The ease of service and communication exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them.
