Showed up on time, called when they was heading to my house. They had bout a 45 min drive. They were very nice and polite.

Home delivery was flawless and immaculate. I have never encountered a better delivery service. I live downtown in a secure access apartment. They arrived early around 7 am and it was really foggy outside. You can't see past 10 feet. They made sure to call me multiple times until they could get contact with me about 10 minutes before arrival. I met them at the front and escorted them up 10 floors with an elevator. They came in and set my TV down next to my TV stand. This was the free delivery so assembly or unboxing was not included. It was a very smooth process though. My TV was in perfect condition with no damage at all.

The Ecobee 3 Lite Thermostat installation in an older(40 years) house was tricky because of the 4 wires instead of the new 5 wires new houses. Best Buy wouldn’t install it because you need to put an adapter inside the furnace by the control board, and the HVAC furnace people wouldn’t install it because of the electrical. I ended up watching videos, reading the installation instructions over many times, and installing it myself (saving me $250, but costing me about 3-4 hours to install). Otherwise a great product for the money plus I found out I get $100 rebate with $25 annually taken off my gas bill because of the product.

The TV was delivered on time with no issues. I did not have BB do the install.

I had a Samsung refrigerator delivered. The guys were on time and did a great job getting the refrigerator into place. They set it up quickly and gave me all the pertinent information I needed. They were professional, polite and very helpful.

On Aug. 3rd 25 we ordered our new LG WASHING MACHINE. We love the easy cycle set , the very quiet operation and when when it completes the washing cycle it well play tune.

So we purchased many items for our new home recently. •A Bella pro series fryer • 2 refrigerators from Insignia yup 2! • and a washer and dryer + all the attachments + steam hose + became new BestBuy Membership owners! About to buy a playstation 5 with all the bells & whistles too, coming soon for Christmas! The delivery drivers on two separate occasions delivered to our door and then went the extra mile by extending their help beyond our belief! So friendly, so helpful and their willingness to carry everything up the flight of stairs for us elderly and some not as strong! We admire all their work and know they deserve a whole lot more than a simple fee thank you’s.! I hope bestbuy rewards them to the max this Holiday! Thank You for making our Christmas a blessed one!
