I love our new Bosch dishwasher with softener, the dishes look and feel so clean boss is my go to appliances from here on out. it’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s running.

Delivery guys did excellent. Professional and careful while delivering

The installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were in and out before you knew it Took like 45 minutes to mount the 100” TV

Packing was secure and nicely done. I was not reachable but agents still waited for me to show up and delivered the product

The delivery and installation was great. Thank you Best Buy for having great employees that make sure they leave everything up and running before they leave and also explained to me why there was a distance from the wall and why I needed to keep it with that distance.

The giys were so helpful and professional. I had a very specific request. They did everything they had to, dou le checked to make sure i was happy and easily mounted and installed my 100" tv exactly wjere i wanted it to the inch.

The home delivery was great. They kept my informed every step of the way and even went the extra mile to help me carry it up a steps to my house and took my old machines out.

My delivery driver was on time and very nice. He asked me where I wanted him to put the TV and brought it up the stairs all by himself (thank god because I wouldn’t have been able to do that myself). It was no more than two minutes! Great service!

Delivery showed up on the day and time promised. Can’t ask for any more than that

So i purchased the wrong fridge but the sales team corrected the mistake on my part and we went on about our day they made it easy thanks guys!

Home delivery was flawless and immaculate. I have never encountered a better delivery service. I live downtown in a secure access apartment. They arrived early around 7 am and it was really foggy outside. You can't see past 10 feet. They made sure to call me multiple times until they could get contact with me about 10 minutes before arrival. I met them at the front and escorted them up 10 floors with an elevator. They came in and set my TV down next to my TV stand. This was the free delivery so assembly or unboxing was not included. It was a very smooth process though. My TV was in perfect condition with no damage at all.

The service was perfect, the gentleman that installed my washer and dryer did an amazing job. They were very professional and extremely experienced. I would recommend Best Buy for any type of household appliances.

It was perfect. They called me 30 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on the way. Best Buy also had tracking that advised how many more stops they had before heading to me. When they brought it in they asked me where to place it and did it with no issues whatsoever.

The home delivery was quick and easy. I scheduled a date and the company was very 'on top of it' with communicating to me a reminder of appointment. I was also communicated with the day of about a time frame the driver would be there. The driver was super friendly too. All around, the service was great and I will definitely use it again in the future!

Delivery was great! No problems at all. Our appliance people installed the pedestals when our washer and dryer were delivered. We did have to buy our washer and dryer and the pedestals from 2 different places as most were having stock issues after so many of our states were hit by hurricanes. No fault of the stores.

Has to replace a few models to get one without defects, eventually went with a different model all together. I 100% think it was samsung's packaging quality that faulted the previous fridges I received. Got the Bespoke delivered today and while I really enjoy it I have to give a shout out to the delivery crew! They've been amazing and we're very detail oriented when installing the panels onto the fridge. They were gentle to not damage the product or my home and they are extremely efficient and friendly, we were all cracking jokes and having a good time while they worked. All in all best buy was very active in making the situation right, and samsung needs to have better packaging.
