So we purchased many items for our new home recently. •A Bella pro series fryer • 2 refrigerators from Insignia yup 2! • and a washer and dryer + all the attachments + steam hose + became new BestBuy Membership owners! About to buy a playstation 5 with all the bells & whistles too, coming soon for Christmas! The delivery drivers on two separate occasions delivered to our door and then went the extra mile by extending their help beyond our belief! So friendly, so helpful and their willingness to carry everything up the flight of stairs for us elderly and some not as strong! We admire all their work and know they deserve a whole lot more than a simple fee thank you’s.! I hope bestbuy rewards them to the max this Holiday! Thank You for making our Christmas a blessed one! Has to replace a few models to get one without defects, eventually went with a different model all together. I 100% think it was samsung's packaging quality that faulted the previous fridges I received. Got the Bespoke delivered today and while I really enjoy it I have to give a shout out to the delivery crew! They've been amazing and we're very detail oriented when installing the panels onto the fridge. They were gentle to not damage the product or my home and they are extremely efficient and friendly, we were all cracking jokes and having a good time while they worked. All in all best buy was very active in making the situation right, and samsung needs to have better packaging.

Amazing team. It was difficult at first getting product through the door, however, after 15 minutes or so, it was all figured out and delivery and set up was amazing. Very friendly guys. Extremely careful with my purchase. Removed bracket, installed in another wall, mounted old TV in old bracket. Installed new bracket and mounted new tv on new bracket. Removed all trash from home. Even vacuumed dust from hold drilling. Extremely happy and have absolutely no complaints to offer about this delivery experience. Amazing job guys. Thumbs up all the way.

My delivery driver was on time and very nice. He asked me where I wanted him to put the TV and brought it up the stairs all by himself (thank god because I wouldn’t have been able to do that myself). It was no more than two minutes! Great service!
