We absolutely love the new Samsung TV we obtained just before Christmas. The picture is awesome. The TV was rather simple to put up,hook up,& program. So many apps already present on the TV when we obtained it. It was quite easy to install the apps we desired on the TV. Would highly recommend this TV

One of the pedestals bent on the bottom. Will go ahead and use it since the area of concern being the corners appear to be intact. I have someone on the way to help install. Would have been nice to have installation as an option but that wasn’t provided when making the purchase. Instead was carried upstairs and dropped off. I can understand that with small items, but items that require manual labor to install might be worth consideration. I’m a disabled veteran with spinal conditions that make it impossible for me to install.

Delivery is always great with this company. It's super convenient for me as an interior designer. They take on the liability of transporting the item to my client, so I don't have to worry about damage issues. They deliver in a timely manner and delivery team is always kind and knowledgeable.

The two men who installed the refrigerator were wonderful. They had a ton of obstacles to overcome and managed to do it without any damage to the fridge or my home. Not once did they make me feel their frustration even though there was a lot to be frustrated about. Would 100% recommend them.

I had paid $250 for installer to come to my home and mount a 65 inch LG OLED G3 on my wall. They came at said window time and found my location after instructing them where to go. I live in a rural area so not knock for needing guidance. The two guys were awesome and did exactly what I wanted. I was impressed they didnt make it feel rushed and guided me on setting up the TV with the apps I use. They were very professional and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for help and work being done right. They also gave a few tips and things to do to keep TV at optimal level.

Two very professional guys set up my TV and gave me a tutorial. It had good features like Samsung TV channels which I like. It took me some adjustments to navigate since my previous TV was 2016. I had to register it after a bad storm when our electric went out.

We had our picture frame TV delivered and everything went perfectly! Thank you!
