Delivered on time ...stayed in contact with us the whole time ...was polite and exsplained everything to us

It was perfect. They called me 30 minutes before arriving to let me know they were on the way. Best Buy also had tracking that advised how many more stops they had before heading to me. When they brought it in they asked me where to place it and did it with no issues whatsoever.

This is my second time purchasing the TV for another bedroom. The first one I bought has had no issues yet in 5 months. Great picture quality and it's affordable. I prefer to keep it on the stands instead of wall mounting. Delivery was very professional

Well worth the little extra cash. Even if I had a truck, I would use this service to avoid the hassle of lugging this big square box. Delivery was prompt and at time promised. The BB guys were professional and courteous.

Actual getting the unit in went good, no dings or scratches. The guys were personable and careful. However the 220 electric cord was not installed right, or if it was correct per specs it is not safe! There was no clamp to hold the cord or keep it from rubbing on the metal edge of the hole, which could cause a short and shock the user or cause a fire. I did not find this until I had to re-install the dryer vent hose. Guess I was lucky the hose fell off! The dryer vent came off the back of the unit on the first use. Not hard to fix but one should not have to finish the job. Also the drain hose was not looped down for the p-trap as it should have been.asas

I had paid $250 for installer to come to my home and mount a 65 inch LG OLED G3 on my wall. They came at said window time and found my location after instructing them where to go. I live in a rural area so not knock for needing guidance. The two guys were awesome and did exactly what I wanted. I was impressed they didnt make it feel rushed and guided me on setting up the TV with the apps I use. They were very professional and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for help and work being done right. They also gave a few tips and things to do to keep TV at optimal level.

I bought a second mini fridge for my micro business at home. It’s storing all my eggs, butter and more. highly recommend. great feature if you want a fridge or freezer.
