As always, the Geek Squad did an outstanding job. They picked up a tv stand for return, and switched my tv and all my components from the old stand to a new stand. They made sure everything was working the way it is supposed to work before leaving. The techs were professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

I really enjoyed working with Best Buy & look forward again in 2026!

The tv has a nice software.it has a few HDMI connection. I also like the controller because has one bottom for you tube.

This installation was the best experience I have ever had these guys knew how to transport the equipment into the house - Strong guys! One of them connected the waterline with the waterline kit to the existing water line and all works.

Samsung TV is the best brand, clear display, sound and performance it's worth the money. #1 brand in the tv market. I tried other brands and teturn them for lack of quality. Try it and will not regret the money spent!.

Although the dishwasher itself is functional (just ran one time so far), installation was substandard. The dishwasher is not level and it sticks out at least 2 inches from the cabinets. My husband was at home for the install and he says they just told him they were done, however, when I got home, I noticed that it was not installed correctly. I immediately called Best Buy customer service and explained the issue. The person that I finally got on the line after struggling with the AI bot was very accommodating (probably because he saw I had Best Buy Total $179.99/year) and scheduled a return visit to “see what could be done” for 10 days from now. I have purchased my last 3 appliances from Best Buy and have to say that their 3rd party delivery service stinks. I should have learned from the last time as they broke one of the glass shelves from my refrigerator as they were bringing it into the house Best Buy tried to make it right, however it took three times before I finally got a shelf that fit. The new shelf is not illuminated like the one they broke, but I got tired of trying to get the correct shelf. After all this I still went back and bought a dishwasher! My mistake. I should have refused the installation and hired someone who knows what they are doing.

Received this on November 23rd and cooked lunch and dinner that day. Everything works great, hopefully that will be so for a good long time.

I have a limited space in my kitchen and went with this small Frigidaire. It is roomier than I had expected and perfect for the two of us. So far it works perfectly. Im very pleased with my purchase.
