The home delivery and installation of the front-load washer, dryer, and pedestals we purchased went well. The installation crew did a good clean job, and they were gone before we knew it. I do wish they would have told us that they were finished before leaving because I did have a few questions regarding the "smart" aspects of the equipment, but I quickly found the answers myself online.

I don't know if the guys made a dent on the fridge

Delivered when promised, we removed it from the cabin and brought it into the house and placed it where I wanted it turned it on checked it out

Team did an excellent job delivering, they placed the tv where I asked and were very professional.

The delivery service was excellent. They arrived on time as scheduled, installed my dishwasher and fridge in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. They even put everything back in my cabinet that had to be removed to install the dishwasher. We were so pleased we even gave them a tip, (I hope that was OK), LOL.

Due to staff illness, freezer was delivered one day after the scheduled date. Staff was courteous and because the freezer has a dent of 7 inches I accepted a $200 credit card credit, which I have not yet seen in my Best Buy credit card after 5 business days . I’d rate it excellent, but I wonder if I’m going to get what is promised. My Freezer works well, but I’m still waiting on my $200 credit

The best option I could choose. This washing machine is very powerful. It has a stirrer and has a large capacity of water, which guarantees me a real cleanliness.

My original order based on information shared was not what was expected so we declined the order to avoid physical exchanges etc….. Call the store without the best assistance so I decided to go directly to the Naples store to the issue resolved. My original purchase was not small by no means. The manager was informed of the mix up and personally handled the resolution to get the order corrected. Granted we had to wait for the for the staggered delivery of all the appliances with the last appliances scheduled for Nov. We were pleased with the Manager stepping in to resolve our issue. It will be great after 5 months to finally have all the appliances we were expecting. Once we receive the stove we’ll have the complete set of kitchen GE Cafe appliances which look great in the new kitchen.

the delivery team was awesome. the verified customer information before taking the item off the truck. they asked us exactly where we wanted the item. they answered all the questions we had. the team was very well informed on the item and was very good with communication.

I've had home delivery before which was a nightmare. But this home delivery was excellent. So, kudos to this set of delivery folks -- I hope it's a trend to improvement for Best Buy and not just random luck of the draw of drivers assigned to the job.
