Best Buy’s delivery service made purchasing a new washer and dryer seamless. The two man team removed our old appliances from the house, carried the new washer and dryer inside, installed, tested and made sure that I was happy before they left. Thank you!

Phenominal 55" Sony OLED smart TV. I researched major brands and picked Sony although LG had been heavily touted in the store displays. I knew this Sony came with a premium remote. (LG's remote reviews were mostly negative.) The picture is awesome and mesmerizing. WOW! This Sony smart TV is brilliant and overall excellent but it is the Geek Squad install team leader Jeff who deserves my highest accolades. He worked tirelessly above and beyond his ordinary task to get our new Sony TV working due to the Wi Fi modem not working 100%. He never gave up instead of saying, "Well, I have done my part." He solved the heavy stresses I was enduring because of our recent new home move with frustrating WiFi problems. Thank you, Best Buy, for sending Jeff, a highly professional and excellent character worker who showed great compassion to do more than just install a new TV. He deserves a raise in pay. I wasn't even sure he would get here due to the recent snow and icey rain. He made sure we could begin to enjoy our tv that day! Thank you, Jeff. His teammate was good too, polite and professional, but Jeff was the persistant, never give up team leader.

I've had home delivery before which was a nightmare. But this home delivery was excellent. So, kudos to this set of delivery folks -- I hope it's a trend to improvement for Best Buy and not just random luck of the draw of drivers assigned to the job.

Best is what to buy in BEST BUY. I wanted A95k while A95L was already in market. Best Buy is the only store where they go beyond and deliver what customer needed exactly. They identified me brand new A95k and delivered right before holiday.

Have been enjoying this TV for the past 10 months, have not had any issues with it. Picture quality is 8/10, functionality is 9/10, hard to beat the Roku interface. Its very easy and snappy to navigate and install all your streaming channels. Use mostly for YoutubeTV, Netflix 4K, Plex, and other streaming apps. Updates automatically, has some ghosting when viewing off angle, but colors are bright, dark scenes are inky, and just overall crisp image. Very happy, so far. The only gripe is that ARC port only sends vanilla Dolby/DTS audio to my home theater receiver.

I usually do all my own setups. But with this big screen I decided to use the Geek Squad for TV Mounting and they were AWESOME! The heavy lifting and mounting are in my past when someone does it like this. I did all the other set up myself to get this just the way I wanted it. Thank you, Justin! Fabulous job putting the TV right where I wanted it.

Angel and Ernesto were terrific. They installed all my appliances back in late January, so this review is long overdue. They were accurate professional and quick. Angel noticed when he installed my washer and dryer that the door hinges for both appliances were in an awkward position for me to open them in the area that I wanted them placed. I wasn't really that concerned about it I just told Angel that I'll figure a way. He took the initiative and reversed the hinges without me asking. He also was very attentive and proactive in addressing minor issues with another appliance that had been installed.

This is a very helpful service. I had the delivery worker put it in my garage for me. 100% would recommend.

Love this washing machine! It is big enough to wash large blankets and it has automatic soap dispensers and a button for dispense water if you get soap on your hands. The delivery was done very quickly and the guys were awesome!
