The delivery went very well. We did not pay for the assembly, since we had to get an aftermarket stand, but the men put it in our house where I asked them to, and they gave me hints on the best way to set it up, along with what to do in case of any problems.

Best is what to buy in BEST BUY. I wanted A95k while A95L was already in market. Best Buy is the only store where they go beyond and deliver what customer needed exactly. They identified me brand new A95k and delivered right before holiday.

They are okay. Not the brightest bunch. They didnt follow directives in the notes for delivery.

A top freezer fridge with great features and great performance. It just took a few days to figure the correct setting so that the temperature balance I wanted could be achieved. The instruction manual could be improved concerning operation. Do not overpower freezer or refrigerator will remain warmer than desired. I now have zero in the freezer with 37ish in the fridge and little effort by the appliance to maintain (as compared to overpowering strong freezer).

Delivery came on time. The guys were very careful bringing the Fridge inside. The removed a secondary door to bring the fridge in. They put everything back perfectly. They were even kind enough to bring my old refrigerator to the garage for me. It was worth buying this item from Best Buy.
