I ordered 5 products for delivery over the past month and for 4 of the deliveries I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I left out a LARGE WHITE NOTE on the door asking driver to ring bell & knock as I am DISABLED & needed large boxes slid into doorway. 4 of drivers DID NOT DO THIS. They carelessly left boxes without the direct notice I requested. They only placed the box on the porch, sometimes blocking access to door so I could not even leave my house!! 1 driver left the large box containing a microwave on a chair at the top of driveway in full view of the street & foot traffic & cars driving by. it was the original packaging with large pic of microwave.. anyone walking or driving buy could easily see it & could have stolen it... I had no way to lift the box, carry it to the door to even get to house. I had to cover the box with a sheet while waiting for neighbor to get home hours later to help me by caring the box to front door & sliding it into house. I called BestBuy to complain and they could not help. Out of all these deliveries, there was ONLY 1 driver who responded to my note & knocked, waited a minute for me and wheeled the mini refridge into the house. He was very courteous, taking it out of the box and giving me some tips on the unit. BestBuy needs to get better delivery services!!!! their products are good, but what about compassion & regard for people with disabilities who are asking for simply help to slide large boxes into doorway and to wait a minute at door. I do not recommend their delivery service unless they improve it. I however being disabled cannot go to store to pick up products and have no choice. VERY SAD & DISAPPOINTED BY LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MOST OF THEIR DELIVERY PEOPLE.

I paid for the delivery and they installed it for free, showed me how to use my product, ran my cleaning cycle, and even fixed my folding door (opens to the laundry area and was off the track). The gentlemen called me before to let me know they were on their way also.

Fantastic delivery! Was delivered in 2 days and I was updated every step of the way to my front door. When the gentleman arrived he brought it inside for me and left it exactly where I wanted! Definitely will be using them again!

This is a solid chest freezer / fridge appliance. So far, it’s worked really well to keep our food cold and at a consistent temperature. There was an issue with the delivery being late and the customer support was very poor about providing any resolution. But the product is nice and it was a good price.

They were in and out really fast and were pleasant.
