Bad delivery the delivered the first too tvs broke I had to bring the tv back to the store personally but the manager gave me a new one with ease and a gift card for my inconvenience

Super fast delivery and the delivery guys were awesome! They installed my new fridge efficiently and accurately. They were knowledgeable about the product and showed me all the features. They also gave me a free waterline when I didn’t know I needed one before installation. They also hauled away my new one.

Delivery came on time. The guys were very careful bringing the Fridge inside. The removed a secondary door to bring the fridge in. They put everything back perfectly. They were even kind enough to bring my old refrigerator to the garage for me. It was worth buying this item from Best Buy.

The two Geek squad members were prompt, professional and very helpfull. I thoroughly enjoyed my delivery experience and would absolutely do it again.

I paid for the delivery and they installed it for free, showed me how to use my product, ran my cleaning cycle, and even fixed my folding door (opens to the laundry area and was off the track). The gentlemen called me before to let me know they were on their way also.

The home delivery and installation of the front-load washer, dryer, and pedestals we purchased went well. The installation crew did a good clean job, and they were gone before we knew it. I do wish they would have told us that they were finished before leaving because I did have a few questions regarding the "smart" aspects of the equipment, but I quickly found the answers myself online.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase.

The two guys that delivered our dryer and installed were professional and quick. Both were very nice and polite and really treat you really well. They take care of your home, no bumping, nicked or scratched. Very professional and made everything setup and explained everything to us. I hope we get the same two guys next time.

The delivery service was excellent. They arrived on time as scheduled, installed my dishwasher and fridge in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. They even put everything back in my cabinet that had to be removed to install the dishwasher. We were so pleased we even gave them a tip, (I hope that was OK), LOL.

The tv is top-notch, life-size picture vivid color, sound is okay for inside an led tv.

Big Fridge with lots of room. Space for convert drawer to turn into many different options from Deli drawer to Freezer. This was on sale with BestBuy membership so it was worth it, So far so good. Had no problems with cooling or fucntionality.

This is a good TV. The price was good. My family is enjoying it.

I needed a new, larger, computer monitor to go with a Mac Studio M2. I use a computer daily in my work as an professional audio editor and mixer. I asked a friend who is in the same field as me and he mentioned "LG." I had no previous experience with LG before. I went to Best Buy and looked at both computer monitors and TV's. This 55" LG C2 Series OLED was a good fit! It's bright enough to use in the daytime and easy on the eyes in the evenings during lower light. Best Buy delivered it free as part of the deal. It does everything I need, and I haven't looked back! Thanks.

A top freezer fridge with great features and great performance. It just took a few days to figure the correct setting so that the temperature balance I wanted could be achieved. The instruction manual could be improved concerning operation. Do not overpower freezer or refrigerator will remain warmer than desired. I now have zero in the freezer with 37ish in the fridge and little effort by the appliance to maintain (as compared to overpowering strong freezer).

The delivery guys were awesome. Delivered in the rain, but made sure everything was in place and ok. Great team. They didn't have my dishwasher kit on the truck, so I had to go and get it from the store myself.
