The delivery experience is nothing like I've experienced ever. They first off. You receive a automated reminder call prior to the day of delivery. The day of. The delivery team arrived before the approximate time. Followed instructions to the T. Keep up the good work.

Delivery was good, but there was a dent on the top of the freezer door.

This 70" was worth every penny! Great resolution, fantastic picture, and airplay is easy to use. My sound bar, Apple TV, and gaming stuff all connected easily and seamlessly. Definitely consider mounting this as stand for it was wider than I could fir on my mantle.

I made my selections at the store and the final selling point was the offer of next day delivery of my new TV, soundbar, and wall mount. Incidents beyond Best Buy’s control occurred and the delivery did not occur. I was able to speak to associates in store the next day, and they took complete ownership of the problem and scheduled me for delivery at the very next availability AND processed a generous price reduction of my overall home theatre cost. Couldn’t be more pleased with the resolution after the disappointment of the initial missed delivery!

Actual getting the unit in went good, no dings or scratches. The guys were personable and careful. However the 220 electric cord was not installed right, or if it was correct per specs it is not safe! There was no clamp to hold the cord or keep it from rubbing on the metal edge of the hole, which could cause a short and shock the user or cause a fire. I did not find this until I had to re-install the dryer vent hose. Guess I was lucky the hose fell off! The dryer vent came off the back of the unit on the first use. Not hard to fix but one should not have to finish the job. Also the drain hose was not looped down for the p-trap as it should have been.asas

Best Buy is the best! I had an at home delivery that helped meet my needs and timeframe.

Trevor and Diane were the most courteous, knowledgeable and punctual folks I have ever met. They delivered and installed the TV very beautifully. I would recommend the Geek Squad and would definitely use them for the next time too.

The delivery guys were awesome. Delivered in the rain, but made sure everything was in place and ok. Great team. They didn't have my dishwasher kit on the truck, so I had to go and get it from the store myself.

Love the freezer! It is the perfect size and works great. It was however a pain to get Best Buy to deliver because of their “signature” policy. When it was finally delivered, the box was slightly torn and the front of the freezer was dented. It didn’t affect the freezer in any way except visually so I’m not going to worry about sending it back.
