The delivery and installation was great however, when I purchased the unit, I told the salesperson at Best Buy that I needed everything for the hook up/installation. She sold me a bunch of items. When it was delivered, they showed up and said I needed two items that she did not include. It was very frustrating because we were without a washer/dryer for several days... which included a weekend.

Very friendly and was able to cancel installation. This is because i didnt have the old tv removed but was able to installed it by myself.

I needed a new, larger, computer monitor to go with a Mac Studio M2. I use a computer daily in my work as an professional audio editor and mixer. I asked a friend who is in the same field as me and he mentioned "LG." I had no previous experience with LG before. I went to Best Buy and looked at both computer monitors and TV's. This 55" LG C2 Series OLED was a good fit! It's bright enough to use in the daytime and easy on the eyes in the evenings during lower light. Best Buy delivered it free as part of the deal. It does everything I need, and I haven't looked back! Thanks.

Simple, fast and easy. Beautiful tv and overall the fastest home delivery I’ve ever had besides amazon.

The folks orchestrating the delivery called me in advance to let me know that the item was going to be delivered in a specific time window and the delivery people showed up in the window that had been provided by the phone call. Everything was fine with the delivery and everything went smoothly.

They were very polite when they called me to tell me they were on their way. They also carried the massive, heavy tv in a box up several flights of stairs to deliver it. They went above and beyond my expectations!
