Fast and easy delivery on time, the price was excellent

Fernando was awesome! He was on time and had a great attitude. He was fast. Install took 30 minutes. He took all the boxes and the old broken oven. It was a great experience!!!

Bought this item based on price, the motor is very quiet, looks sleek, works excellent plus the delivery was great (I am disabled & delivery men plugged it in & hauled away packaging). I am very satisfied with my purchase!

I worked out an arrangement with a rep over the phone about a scheduled delivery of a chest freezer that collided with my dental appointment on the 22nd of September '21. He rescheduled it for the 24th between 2 and 6 p.m. which was great. When the 24th came I left around 12p.m. thinking I had a little time to take care of something before they got there. And wouldn't you know it? They called at 12:51 p.m. and said that they were 10-15 minutes away. I was 25 minutes away! I rushed back and when I got there they were waiting on me! So these guys were great. I'm thinking about getting a fridge now but it's not due until Nov 15th. I really need it right now because the one I have is a compact one which is great for a studio apt but I would like an apartment size model. So since Best Buy went far and above what I expected on delivery of my freezer I may take the chance and order real soon; like tomorrow! It's in my cart but I'm just a bit hesitant to go ahead with the purchase. Note in the picture that the chest freezer is right next to my recliner. The reason being there is almost literally nowhere else to put it. If and when I get the fridge I'm going to have to cover up one of my closet doors with my TV just to make room for the it. Well, that's the way it goes. Got to give to get some time.

Coming from an og washer and dryer, this is life changing! Quit sleeping on these lg products. Grt your work clothes right! Get your church clothes right! Get them right at the same time! I would definitelly recommend!

The delivery and install went smoothly. The installer was professional and made sure the oven was mounted securely and level. He even went through a few cooking modes to verify it was working correctly. Thanks again.

The delivery guys were absolutely amazing. They brought the tv upstairs for me even though i didnt pay for them to do so. Stand up employees. They deserve raises for the both of them. They couldnt have been more curteous and polite, nor more pleasant to deal with.

Geek squad did an amazing job installing my Samsung 77” OLED tv. If I was able to give a higher rating I would do a 6or7.

Showed up on time, called when they was heading to my house. They had bout a 45 min drive. They were very nice and polite.

The best service in town. The service person, Josh, was on time, well prepare, explain all the steps to perform the installation, and did the work very professional and very clean. I could not have asked for a better delivery and installation service.

Fast, Reliable, and Helpful. Depending on width of entranceways, washer/dryer may have to be delivered out of the box. The movers did so carefully without a scratch.

I 100% recommend having a TV delivered. They delivered tobme on time and when they brought it inside, they were very careful to place it where i was going to hang it so that i wouldnt have to move it.

The home delivery was right on time when the Geek Squad said it would be. They brought the tv in, removed the old tv and set everything up for me.

The Geek Squad brought my 77 inch Samsung TV from Best Buy to my house. They carried the large tv into my house and installed it up above my fireplace efficiently and quickly!!
