The unit is great especially with the features. The sound when use is quiet.

I 100% recommend having a TV delivered. They delivered tobme on time and when they brought it inside, they were very careful to place it where i was going to hang it so that i wouldnt have to move it.

The guy that helped was wonderful! Knowledgeable and very helpful.

The OLED has a great picture. Vibrant colors and picture clarity. The Samsung Tizen operating system is easy to use. This is a great TV. Installation by Best Buy was wonderful. Had the system unpacked and up and running in no time. I could have done it but would have taken me all day.

This is an outstanding dryer. I was wary reading reviews but I have none of the issues mentioned in negative reviews. Use correct cycle, do not overfill dryer, clean lint trap after every use.

I was nervous about whether my 23"w old fridge could be removed. A long counter was built after the fridge was installed about 20 years ago. The clearance was only 20". The new fridge was 24". The delivery team measured, figured, took off fridge doors, slid and lifted and voila! My SIL reminded me that this was Best Buy and that they would figure it out, not to worry. He was right. They accepted the challenge, with glee, not complaint! Imagine that. Highly recommend.

Great tv it’s in my bedroom for home theater love it

Love the freezer! It is the perfect size and works great. It was however a pain to get Best Buy to deliver because of their “signature” policy. When it was finally delivered, the box was slightly torn and the front of the freezer was dented. It didn’t affect the freezer in any way except visually so I’m not going to worry about sending it back.

I had my product in no time. However the box was quite damaged which left me with a great concern for the product. I opened the box and tested the product before installing it. Luckily it was just fine so I installed it myself, which was pretty easy.

The delivery guys were absolutely amazing. They brought the tv upstairs for me even though i didnt pay for them to do so. Stand up employees. They deserve raises for the both of them. They couldnt have been more curteous and polite, nor more pleasant to deal with.

Crew delivered TV on time, and also installed it. They did a fantastic job.
