The best service in town. The service person, Josh, was on time, well prepare, explain all the steps to perform the installation, and did the work very professional and very clean. I could not have asked for a better delivery and installation service.

Great TV so far it's the best I've own out of many Samsung TVs and of course paired with a awesome soundbar!

Sam and Derrick were right on time. They explained everything that I needed to know.

Picture overall is very good. Good color, excellent detail, good blacks. But the screen has vertical blotchy areas on the left and right as well as across the bottom when on an all-white screen as well as lighter colors. I will need to talk to Best Buy and see if it needs to be replaced. The sound is just OK, features are good also. TV also crashed and needed a reset. I suggest another brand.

I’m only giving 4 stars because my refrigerator was damaged on arrival, but customer service was great about making it right, offering a gift card compensation, and immediate turn around scheduling delivery of new refrigerator.

Never owned a 65" Tv before, i just love the quality and it sounds amazing. Was thinking of buying a Samsung soundbar but its not necessary.

Refrigerator works great. Nice flow of water, makes ice well though the qty of ice is a little less for a larger gathering.

Great picture, has some of the most amazing gaming qualities you'd want. Only draw back is the plight of all OLEDS. Doesn't get bright to show off some of the colors with Dolby Vision. Other wise great purchase.
