Pretty good TV for the price. Some waviness from side viewing at 4k, but very good straight on.

The Tech arrived on time. The was very respectful of my home. They treat the install with white gloves treatment and set up everything to my comfort.

I worked out an arrangement with a rep over the phone about a scheduled delivery of a chest freezer that collided with my dental appointment on the 22nd of September '21. He rescheduled it for the 24th between 2 and 6 p.m. which was great. When the 24th came I left around 12p.m. thinking I had a little time to take care of something before they got there. And wouldn't you know it? They called at 12:51 p.m. and said that they were 10-15 minutes away. I was 25 minutes away! I rushed back and when I got there they were waiting on me! So these guys were great. I'm thinking about getting a fridge now but it's not due until Nov 15th. I really need it right now because the one I have is a compact one which is great for a studio apt but I would like an apartment size model. So since Best Buy went far and above what I expected on delivery of my freezer I may take the chance and order real soon; like tomorrow! It's in my cart but I'm just a bit hesitant to go ahead with the purchase. Note in the picture that the chest freezer is right next to my recliner. The reason being there is almost literally nowhere else to put it. If and when I get the fridge I'm going to have to cover up one of my closet doors with my TV just to make room for the it. Well, that's the way it goes. Got to give to get some time.

Great delivery with a speedy drop off drivers were respectful and friendly

Employees arrived on time and were respectful of the property. They helped take the door off and reinstall it as well. I also had my old fridge taken away no problem.

The delivery was early than expected, the delivery man are friendly.

The team was very quick called around 10 am to inform they’d be here around 1-3 (original time was 1-7). They showed up right at 1! Dropped the tv off and we’re gone less than 5 minutes.

I’m very satisfied with my Samsung smart tv, got it at the right price at the right time. The quality of the service provided by Best Buy, starting with the online ordering and free delivery two days after the purchase was completed.

Great product very professional delivery and installation

First time using BestBuy's delivery service (I ordered a fridge) and I was definitely impressed. The drivers were scheduled for a certain time, and called me a few hours earlier saying they were on their way, which was an issue because I was an hour from home. Turns out their dispatch mixed up delivery schedules, and the driver was incredibly nice about the mishap and offered to deliver someone else's order first and gave me plenty of time to get back home. Once they arrived, they were very careful, took the front door off the hinges, put down cardboard on my hardwood floors, and really made it seemed like they cared. I will definitely use this service again!
