This 77 inch television is the exact size that I needed for my large family room. And since I will only buy OLED televisions, this was the biggest TV I could get within a reasonable price price, relatively speaking. I will say that my 65 inch LG OLED C8 that I bought less than a year and a half ago died on me a week ago. I’m in the process of having that one repaired, via my Visa card which extends the factory warranty by one year, a nice feature most don’t know about. I bought a 55 inch LG OLED B8 about 9 months ago when my old plasma blew out from lightning that hit my house. It’s just one of those TVs that you just can’t go back to anything else once you’ve owned one. The picture is far superior to any other LCD or QLED out there. You have to actually see it with your own eyes to realize the difference. The blacks are incredible and watching Netflix and Prime videos in Dolby Vision is awesome, especially if you have Dolby Atmos sound system hooked up as well, as I do. Just can’t say enough about the OLED TVs. Yes, I did have a bad experience with the 65 inch one that is currently being repaired but hopefully that will be resolved. Other than that I have all the confidence in the world I will be trouble free with my two currently working LG OLED’s. I highly recommend this television in any size. The LCD and QLED can just not match this picture or the blacks. Sick blacks! OLED ftw!

Best Buy delivery technician very professional when arrived at my home after sending tech messages of on the way and keep me very informed, well appreciated! Delivery and setup of my 98'' Samsung was excellent, and cleanup afterwards was perfect! Technician after showing me all about the TV did I have any other questions and I didn't. Have been a member of Best Buy for many years and will continued doing business there with family members!

The team was very quick called around 10 am to inform they’d be here around 1-3 (original time was 1-7). They showed up right at 1! Dropped the tv off and we’re gone less than 5 minutes.

Love love live this tv. Withers quality is way better than my Samsung 75. The picture is so clear and the night view colors are immaculate. If I could buy 2 more right now I would. Definitely will be purchasing a Sony again. And it’s connected to google so when someone rings my nest door bell the TV will alert me and announce the visitor!
