Product works well, seal is a bit loose so it leaks a bit. Delivery service was fantastic

Called prior on way to confirm & were very good, professional & customer service was a plus. Put the appliance where I wanted a bit of a step up & my husband was gracious with him doing above & beyond.

TV has been great, some apps were a little slow in the beginning but that has been corrected and everything runs smooth and fast. Options for motion handling work very well. Can't beat it for the price I don't think. Having a lot of fun with the 85" U8N . Good job Hisense, and delivery was great too

This TV is stunning! The picture quality is amazing and the out-of-the-box settings are nearly perfect. I bought the 77-inch and it does not disappoint. Google TV is also a huge improvement to the point where I may not even get a Roku. I highly recommend this, especially for movie people like me. This is the theater room TV.

My television 85" was delivered this past Wednesday. So far I love it! I have wanted a T.V. that had life-like images for years! I also love that this smart t.v. offers more streaming channels than my 55" inch does. I am not an avid T.V.. person but this unit is making me one! I would definitely recommend this.

Fast and friendly. These fellas were top notch. I tell you, between the speed of delivery and speed/professionalism of installation and of the gentlemen who set it up for me...I would give them a raise! The gal who called to tell me the delivery would be delayed (which it wasn’t) should be counseled and retrained on customer service.

I’ll keep it short. The best picture you can get for under $1000. My brother bought a $800 samsung and an LG and you are paying for the name. You have to go with their OLED or QLED super expensive models to get what this has. Blacks are amazing with the Full Array Local Dimming, Dolby Vision and HDR 10 is amazing, and even the speakers are good. I have a bluetooth speaker shown and a 4K apple TV. The picture is right amazing!

They brought my refrigerator right when they said they would and said it in the house and took all the cardboard away. I buy several refrigerators a year for rentals and it is nice when you can count on the delivery

Delivery people were professional and polite. My last tv had a broken screen from an online retailer ( Not Best Buy) so I decided to purchase from Best Buy with no issues what so ever, glad I did.

What can I say. This unit is fast and loaded with options. No college degree needed to figure out all the modes. Excellent and energy friendly.
