Lightning delivery less than twenty four hours and it was home

Awesome TV The Great Samsung TV QLED The delivery services was great and handle with care

The delivery was not a problem at all. The issue was that they did not set it up as the service had been paid for. The excuse they told my mother in law who was at the house was that it was not going to fit. They did not even open the box nor measure nor attempt to install the range. I was out of town due to a surgical procedure at the VA hospital in San Antonio. I arrived home fresh out of surgery and me and my wife were able to install it immediately with zero issues. I am not angry just disappointed that an attempt was not even made for a paid service. Luckily me and my wife are handy enough and strong enough to have connected the electrical wiring and installed the oven within minutes. Please talk to your installation team that sometimes a little effort can go a long way.

Received my Kamado Joe with little to no effort. This is very heavy and was packed on a pallet and easy to bring into my home. Driver and assistant were accommodating as to where to leave as it was surprise my husband

The young men arrived very professional polite and installed my merchandise with care. Helpful explaining the process suggest the placement of the washer and dryer for easy and convenient use. Good workers are hard to find and best buy you have two good hard worker.

Delivery people were professional and polite. My last tv had a broken screen from an online retailer ( Not Best Buy) so I decided to purchase from Best Buy with no issues what so ever, glad I did.

I ordered laundry washer and dryer machines online. At first I received time window was 7am-7pm then check my status window time 7am-11am. I like to sleep in but status says 1 stop before me. I rushed to other house 10 min away. I did not think they arrive till 11am. They arrived around 7:30am-740am. I was very impressed with their quick and smooth teamwork. I told them I worry which door to bring in and haul away out old machines. They brought measurement and very smooth and professional. I was very shocked. It was my first time see delivery team like that. Now I order new dishwasher next and do again with Best Buy ! They hooked machines up too. They were awesome !

The delivery guys were on time and friendly and fast, they unpacked the washer and dryer and placed them were we were going to install.

RIGHT ON TIME. NO NONSENSE DELIVERY QUICK AND EASY

The product is good and seems to be working so far. The freezer door is defective and doesn't fully seal and is steadily releasing all the cold air into the kitchen. I've notified BestBuy and they aren't able to replace the defective door, they want to replace the entire refrigerator but first send a technician to inspect it. The first delivery attempt was a disaster and the delivery team left without communicating with me on why they won't deliver the refrigerator. BestBuy listened to my complaint but didn't act to resolve my issue until the 6th time I called them. The first attempt at a delivery was recorded on my security camera where the delivery guys left without attempting to deliver. The second delivery, one week later (3 total weeks without a refrigerator) was a better experience. An overall 3 out of 5 rating of the entire process is generous in my opinion. The refrigerator would be 5 out of 5 if it worked like it should.

I ordered a 75in tv and the delivery drivers were amazing! Fast, friendly, and made sure there would be assistance if I needed anything after they left. Very pleased with the service.

Delivery was efficient. We had a washer and dryer removed and the new (correct) set installed. Overall it was great to have these items delivered vs picking up & doing the install ourselves.

Delivery people were polite, but the time window of 12 hours to wait for your delivery really sucks

Sometimes the ice maker takes a day or two off. Other than that it’s pretty good

They brought my refrigerator right when they said they would and said it in the house and took all the cardboard away. I buy several refrigerators a year for rentals and it is nice when you can count on the delivery
