I feel much more secure in my dishwasher purchase knowing I have a 3 year warranty. That means my money was well spent and I’m guaranteed a working dishwasherfor a minimum of 3 years. Money well spent.

The delivery guys successfully removed 5 old built-in appliances and delivered 5 new ones. The microwave trim kit was too difficult for them to install, so they called the boss who came and installed it. The installers from Best Buy and IFS called me the next day to follow up and make sure I was satisfied, and I was indeed happy.

Called ahead before the delivery and it was quick no problems Brought it to my living room let me know if anything was wrong with the tv to call them and they would take care of it

If the delivery people need to remove the door to get the fridge inside the house, I strongly recommend paying attention for reconnection of the water line. They forget that in my case and that did cost me some time and money to do that myself since if I called them back, probably they will take more time to resolve that issue. Other than that, they got the fridge in with no problems.

excellent independent service up the local mountains. Guys were professional and careful at unpacking, placing, and removing the old refrigerator.

Very fast and easy delivery to my 11th floor apartment

not crazy about Xumo TV platform it runs apps on, picture is okay, lags sometimes on 4K coming in and sometimes sound doesn't match up with mouth, also sometimes the sound is like in slow motion and have to exit out and back in to fix the last two issues, only other ting sound isn't the loudest, probably want a sound bar or something. I usually use my Roku TV devise hooked to it to avoid most of the issues.

BB came out and took down my old 55" LG SJ8500 series TV that had a line running through the bottom of the screen. They replaced that TV & mounted my new 55" Sony Bravia Master Series A9G. They did a great job. It was quick and easy. They were only here for maybe 45 min. I'm very pleased with my new TV

Roku TV is a wonderful brand I enjoyed watching Roku TV.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Spent extra on Samsungs 85” NEO QLED QN90BA to enjoy movie nights w/ friends & family. Beautiful picture, and interface but lengthy buffering time and content crashing, especially when viewing over PLEX, Completely Ruins movie night! Additionally, it seems Samsung TV’s are not compatible with the “allow insecure connections” setting.

They need to have more hands-on stock. The store is bare and when you need something fast you don't have the product in stock.

Nico and his partner were an absolute delight. They were so fast and professional. He came back two more times for my installation needs which I didn't even know they set up! If i could give them 10 stars I would.
