Great product very professional delivery and installation

Quick removal of old dishwasher and installation of new dishwasher. So glad it all went well. Will use Best Buy service again in the near future. May have a leak, but running another cycle to verify.

Love my new fridge, delivery was prompt and gentle.

The two men who delivered my new freezer were professional, polite, and on time. They did an excellent job placing the freezer into position and explaining what my husband needed to do to attach the door handle (we only paid for delivery and not installation). They did quickly level the freezer, but my husband checked the freezer and it wasn't level, so he also took care of that.

Delivered and installed the washer and dryer in under 40 minutes, in a tight closet. It fits and works great!!! I love it! At a great price too! Under $1500

Bad delivery the delivered the first too tvs broke I had to bring the tv back to the store personally but the manager gave me a new one with ease and a gift card for my inconvenience

The delivery guys had excellent customer service. They weren’t able to take it upstairs since i didn’t purchase the instillation services but they did place it close to the stairs as possible for me.

Awesome experience with the delivery guys. I have recently moved and my condo is on the second floor. I was so worried about the weight of Samsung Refrigerator. Luckily, there were 2 men and God Bless them yo, it was an extremely hot day even in the morning, and they were able to bring in the refrigerator by strapping it onto one guy and the other lifting it from other side. I just cared for their safety. Not only did they bring it up together, they setup my refrigerator themselves, ran the water, tested everything, installed the filter, showed me the basics, and as they were leaving - there was not even a speckle of anything on the refrigerator. No dents, no scratches, no nothing! I didn't even have that expectation but I was beside myself. They really handled the delivery well. I really appreciate their help and I am so grateful.
