Purchased my Samsung 85 inch TV online and had it delivered. It was so easy and way more convenient than going into the store. So simple they brought it and mounted it on my wall. Great job guys.

They came in dropped the TV off give me a couple tips and I was it. I opened it up and looked it up and everything worked perfect. This was a free delivery and I didn’t pay for any set up.

Excellent service, quick, on time, and full of helpful advice. Delivery man said to wash the inside of the freezer out with 3 parts hot water and 1 part white vinegar to remove any manufacturing residue and keep our beef tasting fresh.

Fridge seems very nice, The screen was a pleasant surprise. Drawers are very large and the shelves are adjustable. Water filter has easy access.

not crazy about Xumo TV platform it runs apps on, picture is okay, lags sometimes on 4K coming in and sometimes sound doesn't match up with mouth, also sometimes the sound is like in slow motion and have to exit out and back in to fix the last two issues, only other ting sound isn't the loudest, probably want a sound bar or something. I usually use my Roku TV devise hooked to it to avoid most of the issues.

I am very happy with the microwave it has so many great features, more than I will probably ever need!! It looks very nice over my range. I have a white range so I ordered a white microwave and I really like the look!! However I was not all impressed with the Geek squad delivery and installation. First the delivery was scheduled between 2pm and 6pm and I got a call at 5:55pm saying they had car problems and need to reschedule. We rescheduled for 10am the next day and at 9;55am I get a call saying they still had car problems and could they reschedule for the same day at 5:30pm, the showed up at 6:20pm. Although the install was done properly at the exact same second they plugged in the microwave my oven stopped working.... 3 days later and my oven is still not working. There were 2 installers, one who understood very little English and could not speak English, the other person seemed to be there only to interpret for him. I was not given any instructions on how to work the microwave nor did they offer to run through a test, so I said before you go let’s make sure the microwave works, which they had no idea how to operate, but thankfully it is fairly user friendly to figure out so I was able to test the Microwave before they left. Having them do the install is not a cheap service combined with there lack of knowledge about the product I am not sure if I will use there service in the future. I would recommend the microwave product.

Super happy with this new counter-depth fridge as it is slightly larger than our previous one, very fingerprint resistant, and only an ice maker (not having to worry about the mess water makes) - all at a great sale price. The delivery/installer guys were very business like but very careful and helpful - really appreciated them today.

The delivery guys successfully removed 5 old built-in appliances and delivered 5 new ones. The microwave trim kit was too difficult for them to install, so they called the boss who came and installed it. The installers from Best Buy and IFS called me the next day to follow up and make sure I was satisfied, and I was indeed happy.
