Best Buys home delivery of my 65in TV was on time, quick and PERFECT! They removed my previous and all boxes, as if they were never here. AWESOME TEAM!!

They came in dropped the TV off give me a couple tips and I was it. I opened it up and looked it up and everything worked perfect. This was a free delivery and I didn’t pay for any set up.

Shipping good and the switch 2 is fun but not that different than the switch 1/oled

My new Samsung 55" tv was delivered on time, securely packaged by a courteous, professional team on a day of my choosing to a location inside of my home. I was able to unbox and setup very easily with another person using Best Buy unboxing and setup video instructions.

Purchased my Samsung 85 inch TV online and had it delivered. It was so easy and way more convenient than going into the store. So simple they brought it and mounted it on my wall. Great job guys.

The crew was prompt and professional, and had our new TV unboxed and mounted on the wall in less than 30 minutes. We were so impressed! They cleaned up after themselves and even took the empty boxes with them after they had programmed the TV with our streaming accounts and other details. I would definitely recommend them.

Awesome experience with the delivery guys. I have recently moved and my condo is on the second floor. I was so worried about the weight of Samsung Refrigerator. Luckily, there were 2 men and God Bless them yo, it was an extremely hot day even in the morning, and they were able to bring in the refrigerator by strapping it onto one guy and the other lifting it from other side. I just cared for their safety. Not only did they bring it up together, they setup my refrigerator themselves, ran the water, tested everything, installed the filter, showed me the basics, and as they were leaving - there was not even a speckle of anything on the refrigerator. No dents, no scratches, no nothing! I didn't even have that expectation but I was beside myself. They really handled the delivery well. I really appreciate their help and I am so grateful.

I love the product; however, upon installing I realized that the adapter piece was not included. My repairman said he has always seen a package with parts included. I had to run to Home Depot and purchase a whole kit just for one piece. I called Best Buy and they said it was not included but would have to purchase a kit. That was never stated when I made the purchase, otherwise I would have done so.

I thought it would be excessive to have the screen display on the fridge, but this is super cool. I can make notes and watch videos, connect with my phone. Besides all this, I can connect the fridge screen to the TV and while I am in the kitchen I can watch the same movie in the kitchen which my husband is watching in the living room. Oh! And I can use the camera inside to know what’s in the fridge without opening the door. This is my first day playing with the screen. I am looking forward for more excitement…

Excellent service, quick, on time, and full of helpful advice. Delivery man said to wash the inside of the freezer out with 3 parts hot water and 1 part white vinegar to remove any manufacturing residue and keep our beef tasting fresh.

I have been nothing but pleased with this purchase! I looked at a few models of various brands with the specs and within my budget. I settled on third Hisense 65” and I don’t regret it. The color is vibrant and bright with many options to customize as you wish. One surprise was the internal tv speaker sound. It was loud and clear. Of course with a sound bar it would complement it and I have one connected already. However, for just regular tv watching the internal speakers are great! Definitely recommend! Just to add the delivery was also great and on time, with updates and status as to where in the delivery they were.
