We are loving this KitchenAid French Door refrigerator. We have had the fridge now for 6 wks & just had Jay come out & check the operation of it... And fridge operates perfectly

They were very kind in bringing in the dishwasher exactly where I wanted it and removing packaging. My plumber was able to install here right where they brought it in. No complaints!

This TV Is awesome. It's big, perfect fit for the bedroom. Good picture quality. Highly recommend for a basic tv. Picture below is taken at night.

The young gentleman that delivered the range were absolutely the best

They brought the washer and dryer’s in removed the old ones had a issue with where they had the drain pan from the old washer had a smaller area where it would fit closer to the wall where the new washer didn’t so the next day they came out and replaced the washer pan and hooked up the drain and modified the new pan where it would hook to the drain system above and beyond service. The new pan is shown under the new washer in the 3 picture below.

Great performing dishwasher appliance. Love the setting options for cleaning, stainless steel finish, and low noise level when the unit is operating.

Honestly an Amazing TV, only reason for the 4 stars is the picture quality and colors can seem a bit off sometimes but once you do some tweaks to settings it can be great. And this tv is great for gaming too, has such low input lag, on par with top of the line TV's.

Base on the reviews I chose this refrigerator for my one bedroom apartment. The last refrigerator I purchased March of this year failed to cool probably. I only hope my tenant will be satisfied with this model. This refrigerator will be delivered on 12/30/2025 so the photo is only an image until the the new refrigerator arrives from Best buy.

I had purchased Hisense 100 inch TV [100U75QG] with the Google TV and the Home Delivery team was prompt and the communication was crisp. The Home Delivery team were proficient, considerate and placed the TV set safely which made my life easier for next steps.

Looks so sharp and does EVERYTHING! Fan is a bit loud but there aren’t a lot of options for an over the range convection microwave with all the bells and whistles.

No issues at all. Awesome tracking, i knew exactly when they were gonna be there, no damage , and install was flawless!! Thank you!

The service is second to none. They expertly navigated a tight townhome environment to remove and install a HUGE refrigerator. The old one had to have the doors removed due to it's size. Despite the new fridge being significantly heavier and a non-trivial amount of stairs, they handled it with extreme care. Assembly and setup went smoothly.

My delivery team was excellent. They called to confirm their arrival time and arrived as stated. They unload my first item, then immediate went back to obtain the other one. I watch them secure the truck then came in set up my television. They quickly installed the stand and placed it as I instructed. Davion and Jeremiah are a season team and asset to the company.

I had a great experience with all my deliveries this month. I ordered 2 TV’s and they both arrived on time and in great condition. I live in the third floor and they guys delivering my tv did such a great job being careful going up the stairs. I am now enjoying my tv at home and am so happy that I made this purchase.

These 2 gentlemen were the best! They arrived right on time, got everything set up and working within 25 minutes! Prompt, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely good at their jobs! These same 2 had done the delivery of a refrigerator for my granddaughter, could not ask for better service!

My refrigerator works great and has plenty of space. I’ve always preferred GE products.

The delivery pre-checklist was a great reminder of why I needed to do to prepare the space for the Washer and Dryer delivery. Unfortunately the installer couldn’t locate the information about the haul away that I had paid for for both of them, and because of an account merge issue, my receipt was sent to an old work email that I couldn’t access. After calling and being told I would be on hold for over 30 min to try to prove that I had paid for the haul away, I tried to access a live agent through the app. I got to talk to someone right away. I think being a total tech member put me to the front of the list and contacting Best Buy through the app was a good experience. They saw the email issue, sent me a new receipt I could print out and prove that I had paid for the haul away. Thankfully in the process of me working on all that, the delivery team located the haul away instructions and were able to take my old Washer/Dryer with them. The installer sadly didn’t use the broom that was there in the room and because I was on the phone with Best Buy when he pulled out the old units, I couldn’t properly clean out the area. So I have new units on a very dirty floor. I wish they did a better job with a basic cleaning service. I would even pay for it as a add on because I don’t feel comfortable unhooking and pulling my washer and dryer out to clean behind them so this is a crucial time to tidy that area. Overall it was installed and set up properly and has been working well ever since.

Just got the tv when the price drop to 799. The nicest tv i owned so far! Great picture on it and the colors just pop on it. This tv comes with 3 speakers with 50 watts output on it making it crystal clear and loud! Like being in a movie theater! For 799 you cant beat this price or the picture on it! Also this tv has a high processor on it which it doubles on it for a better picture! I figured give TCL a chance since my last tv was a Samsung and only lasted 3 years intill the colors messed on it! Highly recommended!

The home delivery and installation of my huge 100" TV was flawless . I received text communications throughout the delivery process. Two technicians arrived on time and handled my new TV like fine porcelain. They wore shoe protection in my home, cleaned and removed all packing material. My TV was installed perfectly, and I was provided excellent instructions.
