I have been nothing but pleased with this purchase! I looked at a few models of various brands with the specs and within my budget. I settled on third Hisense 65” and I don’t regret it. The color is vibrant and bright with many options to customize as you wish. One surprise was the internal tv speaker sound. It was loud and clear. Of course with a sound bar it would complement it and I have one connected already. However, for just regular tv watching the internal speakers are great! Definitely recommend! Just to add the delivery was also great and on time, with updates and status as to where in the delivery they were.

Picture quality was mind blowing. No matter how far I am from the tv in my living room and I still can clearly see every detail on the screen which makes my gaming experience even more enjoyable.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Spent extra on Samsungs 85” NEO QLED QN90BA to enjoy movie nights w/ friends & family. Beautiful picture, and interface but lengthy buffering time and content crashing, especially when viewing over PLEX, Completely Ruins movie night! Additionally, it seems Samsung TV’s are not compatible with the “allow insecure connections” setting.

When selecting in home delivery for my LG Combo Washer/Dryer, I had gotten the impression that I was paying for installation, hook-up, and to have the machine levelled. It was unboxed in the parking lot, dollied up and down multiple stairs, in a way that I assume damaged the machines internal balancing, because dispite having multiple professionals come out and level the machine - it still vibrates the entire house during the spin cycle. Should have considered returning the machine.

Efficient and did as were expected. Polite and fast. (I wish the whole time expectancy was better handled, the day changed after I bought it which really made a mess for schedules, but the prompt and drama free delivery made it worthwhile) note: unless you pay more they only deliver the tv IN BOX and leave. They politely declined tips.
