Quick and efficient delivery scheduling and the Delivery Drivers were kind and professional! The delivery drivers followed directions as I reside on the 8th floor. My product was boxed neatly and I can tell the Drivers handled my purchase with care! The Drivers were respectful of my home and reminded me of Geek Squad warranty information, in case I have any issues! I didn't catch their names, but thanks so much for your kindness and professionalism delivering my TV!

The delivery was not a problem at all. The issue was that they did not set it up as the service had been paid for. The excuse they told my mother in law who was at the house was that it was not going to fit. They did not even open the box nor measure nor attempt to install the range. I was out of town due to a surgical procedure at the VA hospital in San Antonio. I arrived home fresh out of surgery and me and my wife were able to install it immediately with zero issues. I am not angry just disappointed that an attempt was not even made for a paid service. Luckily me and my wife are handy enough and strong enough to have connected the electrical wiring and installed the oven within minutes. Please talk to your installation team that sometimes a little effort can go a long way.

Everything was delivered and installed, as agreed on the purchase date. System works great. Only wish that the plan I purchased would stay , the same as when I purchased it.

The driver arrived at 11:00am well within the delivery window of 9:30am-1:30pm. He was courteous and helped getting the TV inside and did't request a tip but I was raised right........always tip laborers, waitresses, and butlers. He looked truly surprised and I think that's very sad........what has society become these days???

Best Buy sent sub contractor out to install new General Electric Over the Range style microwave. Installer was very professional and did an excellent job on the installation. Installer was very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely efficient at his job. I would recommend using Best Buy installers.

So far the Stove has been great no complaints got a good deal at Best Buy I’ve bought majority of my home appliances here highly recommend

Although they were fantastic delivering and setting up in the space, I would've given 5 stars had they stopped to make sure it at least powered on.

It make look small but its not at all. The space is incredible. All functions of this appliance are amazing

My deliver was smooth and easy. I got calls to update me as they were on the way. I could practically track them as they make their way to me. When they got here both guys worked quick and smoothly to get it to where I need it to be.

My installer did a great job on installing my new dishwasher. It looks beautiful and fits perfectly in the space it was allotted. The installer made sure there were no leaks and everything worked perfectly before he left. He was clean professional did his job quickly but thoroughly, before he left.

Product was delivered on time however there were two instances that product has to be taken back due to damage or missing parts. Customer service was very good to take care and provide all support

Really not sure how I left without this. It is so quiet and it does such a great job cleaning clothes. You cannot be a tumble. Type washer and dryer. It uses minimal water and it looks gorgeous. As for the installation… It was all right. They brought it in and put it in the basement but being honest, they didn’t take their time and level it properly. I actually had to have my son help me. Every time I would do a load of clothes it would wobble due to being unlevel. But now everything’s good.

Received my “new” Whirlpool stove/oven today. A special “Thank You” to the men who brought in the stove as they were courteous, friendly and on time when their texts advise me of their delivery . They picked up all packing materials. I especially appreciated the quick review of the stove/oven functions . They were GREAT!
