The guys were good they came in took great care and time to take my things off the truck hooked up my new products to my old product away and make sure that my items work successfully before leaving very pleased

Product was delivered on time however there were two instances that product has to be taken back due to damage or missing parts. Customer service was very good to take care and provide all support

It was amazing, I received my stuff incredibly fast, it was at my door as stated in the email. I just moved into my new apt and my orders was at my door as stated.

This was a free delivery and great for me as getting a large tv in and out of my car would be difficult for me. Timing was great just a few days. The delivery guys called that morning to confirm and again 30 minutes before arriving. They took it out of the box and set it on my stand which is something I could not have done myself. I have back problems. Will us this service in the future.

I purposely sched delivery on a day I didn’t have to work. No one ever showed up after I already paid over $1500 & had been waiting weeks. When they told me I’d have to wait another 2 weeks I told them I wanted my money back. All of a sudden they could squeeze me in. I had to leave work early one day to meet them at home. They ended up not bringing the correct cords so I had to wait another week to use what I had been paid for. I will never buy from this store again. I understand people make mistakes, but they couldn’t care less.

My deliver was smooth and easy. I got calls to update me as they were on the way. I could practically track them as they make their way to me. When they got here both guys worked quick and smoothly to get it to where I need it to be.

I had to have my LG CX replaced due to screen issues luckily before the sale ended on the C3 65" Bestbuy went ahead and approved my replacement and only ended up pay just under 700 bucks for the price different and adding the 5 year warranty on it and I recommend getting the warranty as best buy covers burn in. The installers were great but their ability to speak English was not so good but they did their job really well and hauled off my old TV and its original box without any complaints.

They handled my TV with care. No bruises on the box. No issues with the delivery other than having to wait for 2 weeks. Just knowing that if I had issues with the TV, they would come back to take back the TV. TV too big to fit in my car.
