The Geek Squad Team ( Jeffrey and Ramon) delivered my new TV on time/as scheduled. They were very polite and respectful.

4 stars only because the description is wrong. States that this model has composite and component inputs. That is the main reason I purchased this particular model. I would have purchased differently if I would have known it had neither of them. Otherwise works great like my other Samsung wall hangers.

Had trouble finding my door but otherwise good I had to meet them outside

The delivery team was great, super quick in and out! They dropped it where I needed it and scooted out super quick as my daughter was in the middle of therapy!

Everything went great! Scheduling, calls to confirm, and a call when 1/2 hour away. The delivery personnel were efficient and courteous. Product was a 98" TCL TV (definitely a 2-man lift) and it arrived in perfect condition and was placed in the living room where I wanted.

The gentleman that delivered were very polite, kind courteous, and dropped off the items at the exact spot in our house we needed it to be.

Purchased a new oven from Best Buy (LG 5.8 Cu Ft) and it's AMAZING. The inside is BLUE!! It's a real statement piece for the kitchen. The different size burners on the stove are perfect for my cooking needs and the inside oven light turns on when you tap the oven door handle. It's a great stove, caught it while it was on sale and delivery was on time with no damage done to doorways or cabinets. The guys were very nice and a "job well done" by all!! Thank you Best Buy, you always come through for me when I need appliances and electronics.

I was worried about Delivery. I work full time and needed to arrange for my son to be home for delivery. But updates on delivery time was very helpful. Thank you.

The two guys who delivered my new stackable washer/dryer were fantastic! They were very professional, friendly, and respectful with my stackable washer/dryer purchase, & they also arrived on time as promised! Just wished I could brag about my whole purchase! ☹️ To anyone purchasing a washer/dryer unit be sure to take your time and look carefully! Best Buy is a great place to shop, I’ll will admit!

Love the picture and things except you can't get the Sports App Uzzu Tv which is my favorite. If I would have known this before hand, I would not have purchase the tv.

Love this fridge ! The automatic refillable water pitcher is so convenient. There is a lot of space in fridge and drawers and live that the freezer makes 2 types of ice

On time and fast delivery. There was even a map showing where they were at what time.

Quick efficient delivery even after a major storm with lots of closed roads

Great product, very quiet, and dishes come out super clean! No rinsing required, just scrape off any excess solid food and place in dishwasher. It's difficult for my wife to resist urge to "pre-clean" items by fully rinsing them in sink before loading dishwasher. She read and followed Bosch's instructions to NOT RINSE for best performance, and she was wowed by the results! Our very first load of pots, pans, plates & utensils that had been out all night from prior evening while awaiting arrival new dishwasher after old one broke down came out sparkling clean. Only negative is this dishwasher is a bit smaller than what we're used to so read and be aware of its capacity to ensure it meets your needs. With two silverware caddies, one or both can be removed to free up more space on the lower level when needed.

The team was very professional. They kept communication and easy to work with. Respectful of my home and was able to deliver with easy. Highly recommend.
