The delivery guys were great. They came in took their shoes off hook my washing machine up did a great job. No complaints.

we had the most kind helpful and professional deliverers to date...they def deserve a raise! they went above and beyond to ensure we were content. thanks again! oh and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our samsung washer and dryer. I just wish i would have seen the Navy first!!! its gorgeous!! lol pedestals are next!! thanks!!

Home delivery was excellent. I actually ordered it on a Thursday, and it was delivered and installed on Friday. Installers knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely use this service again.

4 stars only because the description is wrong. States that this model has composite and component inputs. That is the main reason I purchased this particular model. I would have purchased differently if I would have known it had neither of them. Otherwise works great like my other Samsung wall hangers.

Received my Kamado Joe with little to no effort. This is very heavy and was packed on a pallet and easy to bring into my home. Driver and assistant were accommodating as to where to leave as it was surprise my husband

The Tech arrived on time. The was very respectful of my home. They treat the install with white gloves treatment and set up everything to my comfort.

Delivery crew was on time, called ahead before their arrival and were incredibly polite and professionally dressed. You have a solid team there in your delivery department! The dishwasher was handled with care and the box didn’t show any signs of being mismanaged.

The delivery was on time. The gentleman delivering my TV set were very nice, careful and set it in my living room where I requested. I was also pleased to receive text updates before arrival and along the way. This has probably been one of if not the most enjoyable delivery experiences I've encountered from a retail outlet. I have no problem putting my trust in Best Buy and their choice of hire for their delivery team. I did not require assembly or installation. However, based on this experience, I would have no problem booking those services in a future should I need them and knowing that I will have a quality experience.

The guys were awesome! Frank called me when he was on his way and gave me his ETA. They got there and immediately started to bring in the TV and get it hooked up. They were very knowledgeable and one of them hooked up the old TV and another room while Frank was explaining how to use the TV and the remote and then his partner asked me if I wanted to keep the box and I said no so he broke it down and cut out the model number and serial number and gave it to me. I thought that was really cool. Frank went over how to work the TV and the remote. It was a very awesome experience to have these two guys come and install my new 65-in Samsung TV!! Highly recommend

My new Samsung 55" tv was delivered on time, securely packaged by a courteous, professional team on a day of my choosing to a location inside of my home. I was able to unbox and setup very easily with another person using Best Buy unboxing and setup video instructions.
