I was messages in advance when hes arriving about 20minutes gave me time to expect delivery

They did an excellent job, worked to make sure I was happy with product and delivery, we’re very professional and courteous, and would absolutely recommend Marcus from Geek squad.

Delivery was on time, efficient, and the young men who brought in the new refrigerator could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Delivery was just okay. I tried so many times to preference a certain timeframe, and I got the opposite time. The delivery man had someone else carry the TV in and he hit it on a banister and set it down hard on the floor. Not careful at all. Then he tried to pressure me to write him a 5 star review and left. Furthermore, after a week, I got a text to my personal phone from what seems like this driver’s personal number asking again for a review. This seems to be a violation of data privacy and very unprofessional. I don’t know how he got or saved my number. For clarity, this was for the TCL TV Delivery (I had another delivery later that same day from the geek squad that was much much better and more professional).

I prefer having it delivered and not have to worry about how Im going to transport such item safely!

Great communication leading up to delievery. Delievery was on time. It was an extremely heavy double wall oven. They got it in the house and placed where I wanted. The guys definitely got a work out and I was appreciative.

This is a great freezer/fridge hybrid. I can use it for either or and love that flexibility. I mainly use it for storing frosting and cakes in the process of decorating but in the off season can use it as a stand up freezer. I highly recommend this model!
