The young ladies from Geek Squad were very friendly and professional, had me up and running within 20 minutes. Arrived very early of appointment time. Went beyond call of service by installing my sound bar and media equipment. I'm very happy:)

I was a little worried about doing delivery instead of picking up, but I was in a Christmas crunch and needed the help. Driver was super courteous and helpful. Helped us get the box situated right under the tree!

Fast and efficient delivery! No complaints over here. They came got right to work set up all 4 appliances and tested them and gave me a few tips about fridge.

It was fine. The delivery people I know did not scratch my machine. It was manufacture themselves. I am still waiting for a phone call back from Best Buy after a week now. That is why I gave them a 3.

Scheduling and delivery was fairly frustrating. My delivery had to be rescheduled as the delivery team didn’t have contact information on hand. A smaller time window of delivery would be nice. The actual delivery was incredibly smooth. The team was helpful and brought it inside to my preferred location.

Nicely made and love the options. Only thing is some of the massaging nodes are hard. I’ve fallen asleep in it a few times after work.

For the price you can’t beat it. The picture is nice and the size is great. I upgraded from a 40” tv and this is amazing. As noted by others, the sound is probably a B, but easily fixed with a soundbar if you want. I only knocked off a star because sometimes Hulu freezes.

The 2 guys that delivered our new fridge were some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. Our fridge arrived slightly dented. They took up photos and explained our options and followed up the next 2 weeks making sure customer service took care of us. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, attitude and helpfulness.
