Great!! Excellent TV, delivery company was careful.

Delivery went smoothly and the two guys delivering the TV were very friendly and polite. TV arrived undamaged. So far I'm happy with it.

Best Buy did a great job with delivering my patio table. They were on time and assembled the table on the patio where i requested.

I have had many delivery experiences and this was the worst. The delivery driver came late then spent more time telling the Dispatch that he couldn’t do the job then it took for him to actually do it. He never completed the work so I had to wait an extra Week or so to have someone else come out and do the 10 minute job that he neglected to do because he wanted to hurry up because he was running late. He only had to hook up the hoses on the back of the dryer and all pieces were present .He basically made his problem mine so that meant another week without a dryer. I was so happy to get the dryer and so sad that I couldn’t use it.

OMG, This tv is amazing! The Sony XR75X90L is incredible. Bright colors, deep blacks, and its contrast makes it so clear you absolutely believe you could touch the people and items on the tv! Also, the team that did my installation could not have been more professional, friendly and informative. They were terrific!

Service on delivery day was great and quick I also needed hoses that they had available on the truck

Very professional and got my TV on time. I’ve been shopping with Best Buy for years. I’ve actually have four TVs from there. Two of them I picked up myself and the other two I’ve got them delivered to me.

The installers delivered this appliance and unpacked it outside prior to entering and installing. They were protective of our furnishings and cleaned up afterward.

Do yourself a favor and pay for the delivery and installation. I was going to mess with it myself but it allowed me to have it done seamlessly. The delivery men were prompt, careful and professional. Great experience.
