Very pleased Best buy sales department, customer service and the return and replacement department. Everyone was quite helpful in helping me purchase and take care of my concerns on my large screen Samsung TV.

Had my new refrigerator delivered. The guys were great! Quick and easy.

This is the second time I've gotten home delivery from Best Buy. The first was my fridge and the second was my TV. Both times went extremely well. There was a small hiccup in finding my apartment complex but it's only due to how strange the layout is of the complex. The delivery men were really professional and personable, they were right on time as expected and the whole process was effortless.

The guy's were professionals , that brought this 83" tv into my home and into the room I wanted it in . They gave me a call telling me that they were on the way and would be here shortly .

The delivery guys were nice and efficient; two large appliances delivered and one hauled off in thirty mins. There was a small ding in the front of the refrigerator. The size and location of the ding doesn’t indicate it was there fault.

The guy's from Best Buy are second to none, delivery was smooth and they were very helpful with the istaltion and hookup. Very polite and respectful to us and our home.

The two delivery men were Marvelous. Very efficient workers, were quick and diligent. And very nice. Thank you. Everything worked out perfectly.

Home delivery of my new microwave went according to plan, was pretty fast and reasonably priced.

It took more than a week to get it i order on October 25 and i got until November 4 i wanted for my kids birthday party on the 31 of October i guess when you have amazon prime i was expecting it to get it in a couple of days not 10 days later i was afraid it was going to get wet it been raining on and off here i wish they put in a bag just incase thank you

Has made my cooking a breeze. Cooks food evenly , easy to use. Loved the built in air fryer. Love the middle burner for larger pots. The black stainless steel looks beautiful.

Delivery was quick and painless. I didn't have installation, only delivery. They were careful bringing TV into house, and were friendly.

Product looks great. Haven’t used it much yet, so it remains to be seen. However the delivery was a bit of a challenge. The delivery crew for some reason unboxed the package before bringing it inside the house and in the process it was damaged. Scratched and scraped all over this new washer and dryer. That’s quite a disappointment as I refused to buy the open box to ensure I get a brand new one.

Perfect fit for our freezer needs, very pleased with delivery from Best Buy always. I’d buy again and rec to others
