Everything went great! Scheduling, calls to confirm, and a call when 1/2 hour away. The delivery personnel were efficient and courteous. Product was a 98" TCL TV (definitely a 2-man lift) and it arrived in perfect condition and was placed in the living room where I wanted.

I had my product in no time. However the box was quite damaged which left me with a great concern for the product. I opened the box and tested the product before installing it. Luckily it was just fine so I installed it myself, which was pretty easy.

Best Buy has great home delivery! They let you know when your item will be delivered on your cell phone and regular landline. They are professional and follow the Health Department guidelines. We had a positive experience.

So far I really love this fridge. I love the option of the flex fridge. I have a standalone freezer already, so more fridge space was appreciated. I haven't gotten the water hooked up yet so I don't know how the ice and water features work yet. We just added our own bought ice for now. But definitely loving everything else. It isn't fingerprint resistant so lots of fingerprints if you press against it.

Scheduling and delivery was fairly frustrating. My delivery had to be rescheduled as the delivery team didn’t have contact information on hand. A smaller time window of delivery would be nice. The actual delivery was incredibly smooth. The team was helpful and brought it inside to my preferred location.

This delivery and installation was Excellent! They arrived when they said they would. They were courteous and efficient. Installation was quick and they cleaned up after finishing.
