OMG, This tv is amazing! The Sony XR75X90L is incredible. Bright colors, deep blacks, and its contrast makes it so clear you absolutely believe you could touch the people and items on the tv! Also, the team that did my installation could not have been more professional, friendly and informative. They were terrific!

My first flatscreen TV what is 55 Sony with all the buttons whistles and bells which made it a bit heavy so to hang it on the wall about the fireplace was a struggle. So when I decided to upgrade and get a 65 inch I did not want to go through the hassle and considering how much thinner the newer TVs are it was well worth paying someone else to come in and do it. The Geek squad delivered and set up the TV at first I wasn’t happy since I was using the original wall mount they came back out and readjusted the TV so now I’m very happy with it. They did require me to wear a mask in my house as well they were in masks very professional and polite I will definitely use geek squad again to install some thing I cannot

The first fridge was delivered damaged so i was extremely disappointed that the delivery guys just thought they could get away with it. Since we didn't pay for set up they just pushed it back into the space so we couldn't see it. They didnt plug it in so of course they wouldnt hear the horrible sound it made.

The men were efficient and fast when they delivered the washer and dryer. My complaints were they didn't leave boxes as requested and they were an hour 35 minutes late past delivery window 7am-1pm. I did not receive notification of being late. I only received notification by text 20 minutes prior to arrival. It was my first experience with home delivery. I normally buy smaller items that can be carried in my SUV and pick up in store. I tardiness dud throw off my day and I had an appointment out of town that I needed to get to after leaving. I love our new washer and dryer set. It's very easy to use. Make sure to purchase cord with dryer. We didn't realize we had to and purchase next day through best buy. We didn't pay for set up, my husband was capable of doing it himself.

Guys were on time for delivery and patient while accepting the return.

Delivery was on time,but the delivery guy didn't ring the door bell and called his office to say no one was home. There were 3 contractors, my wife & 2 dogs at home. He didn't use the doorbell and must have quietly tapped on the door. His office called me and I called home to get the door opened. From then on it was smooth sailing. My house is built into a hill with a steep staircase up front but around back its a straight shot in, so they hand carried the pieces of a slight hill in the grass and placed them all in my new kitchen for the contractors to install.

Great delivery, and fantastic communication! On time and responsive to questions. Would not leave until I checked that the fridge was undamaged and in good order.
