My first flatscreen TV what is 55 Sony with all the buttons whistles and bells which made it a bit heavy so to hang it on the wall about the fireplace was a struggle. So when I decided to upgrade and get a 65 inch I did not want to go through the hassle and considering how much thinner the newer TVs are it was well worth paying someone else to come in and do it. The Geek squad delivered and set up the TV at first I wasn’t happy since I was using the original wall mount they came back out and readjusted the TV so now I’m very happy with it. They did require me to wear a mask in my house as well they were in masks very professional and polite I will definitely use geek squad again to install some thing I cannot

My LG front loader washer works well so far. It has inverter Direct Drive motor with 10 yr WARRANTY . I also have LG at work . Love them

I purchased this TV in July 2023. The picture quality was great—sharp, clear, and vibrant. However, I noticed that every time I opened certain apps, the TV would have to update first, which was inconvenient. The remote also wasn’t the easiest to use, and it wasn’t the magic remote, which was a bit of a letdown in terms of user experience. Unfortunately, in May 2025—less than two years later—lines suddenly appeared on the screen and the TV completely went out. Luckily, I had purchased a warranty, so it was replaced, but not with the same model (which I believe has been discontinued). Overall, it had a strong start with great picture quality, but the constant updates, less intuitive remote, and the fact that it failed so soon made it a disappointing purchase in the long run.

The men were efficient and fast when they delivered the washer and dryer. My complaints were they didn't leave boxes as requested and they were an hour 35 minutes late past delivery window 7am-1pm. I did not receive notification of being late. I only received notification by text 20 minutes prior to arrival. It was my first experience with home delivery. I normally buy smaller items that can be carried in my SUV and pick up in store. I tardiness dud throw off my day and I had an appointment out of town that I needed to get to after leaving. I love our new washer and dryer set. It's very easy to use. Make sure to purchase cord with dryer. We didn't realize we had to and purchase next day through best buy. We didn't pay for set up, my husband was capable of doing it himself.

Simple and straightforward, three knobs and a button, dries clothes fantastic! only flaw is lint trap on top leaves dust when you change it. could they make a lint trap that doesn't leave dust? IDK i'm not an engineer.

The delivery was very smooth and on time. The guys who brought in the tv were polite and professional.

Excellent free delivery from Geek Squad. Delivery was flawless. On time and early in the delivery window. Guys were very respectful and friendly.They even offered to help getting it out of the box.

The whole process was convenient from the Store interaction with the agent to the the delivery drop-off and connection in our Kitchen. Professional and friendly. Kind and friendly to our family and property (house). I will definitely recommend Bestbuy to our friends and family. The product price matched with the quality and even had holiday deal added on it. Absolutely incredible TV! It hits the sweet spot for watching sports and movies. I tested out the 55” LG OLED, TCL and Hisense. While OLED is amazing, it’s just not necessary. I finally settled on the 65” Sony and actually saved a few hundred dollars. The sales rep really helped me out.

Delivery went well. Gentlemen we’re in training however mastered the project with few misfortunes.

While we had to wait a little extra for the installation, the TV was delivered on time and professionally. It was super large and heavy so we had to leave it in the garage until Geek Squad arrived to do the install.

Late but with no real issues other than that. Once on site all went well.
