Excellent Service. The guys were great ! Why bother doing it yourself!?

From purchasing to home delivery/hookup/& hauling away old refrigerator. Best Buy team was exceptional and very professional on their jobs.

I recently got the Samsung Q60D 55” TV, and I’m really happy with it. Setting it up was super easy, and it looks great with its sleek design and thin bezels. The picture quality is amazing—colors are vibrant, and the blacks are really deep. I connected it to my Sonos Playbar, and it works perfectly as expected. The smart features are user-friendly and quick. I had no trouble accessing apps like Netflix and Disney+, and it works great for both streaming and gaming. With plenty of HDMI and USB ports, I had no issues connecting my gaming console and soundbar. Overall, the Samsung Q60D 55” TV is a fantastic buy with excellent picture quality and easy-to-use smart features. Highly recommend!

Bought a Galiano Forno stove recommended by a friend. It was delivered on Dec 22. I have not used it as of yet but I am impressed not only the look but the BTU of the burners. Cannot wait to cook.

I’ve been using this LG range for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. The sleek slide-in design fits perfectly in my kitchen and instantly upgraded the look of the space. The stainless steel finish is modern and easy to keep clean. Cooking performance is top-notch. The oven heats quickly and evenly thanks to the true convection, and the air fry feature is a total game-changer—crispy fries and veggies without all the oil! I also appreciate the spacious 6.3 cu. ft. capacity, especially when preparing meals for family gatherings. One of my favorite features is the smart connectivity. Being able to preheat the oven or check cooking status from my phone is incredibly convenient, especially when I’m multitasking. Cleanup is a breeze too. The EasyClean function works surprisingly well for quick refreshes without harsh chemicals or scrubbing. If I had to nitpick, the touch controls take a bit of getting used to, but once you’re familiar with them, it’s smooth sailing. Overall, this range has exceeded my expectations in both looks and performance. Highly recommended!

I had a 100 inch tv delivered and installed. Service was prompt and the delivery people were very professional and did great work in taking care to deliver and install the tv. I have all the confidence in Best Buy home delivery.

I was hesitant to use best buy again after a bad experience the first time I had them deliver appliances. I decided to give them another shot recently when amazon destroyed 3 98 inch tvs in a row through their delivery service providers. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up on time and even let me unbox the item in my garage to test it before they left. As long as best buy has competitive prices and items I want I will definitely be using them again.

Been debating on this tv and it couldn’t have been a better choice. It’s by far the best tv I’ve ever had and seen. I’d highly recommend it. The price isn’t bad at all compared to others but the quality is just as amazing very realistic. Very satisfied!!

They delivered very fast and on time, only took them 30 minutes to unload and install both appliances.

Delivery driver called ten minutes before scheduled delivery time. He informed us they where on their way. Two gentlemen carried in our new 65inch Samsung TV. Asked where I'd like placed. Both where very pleasant. We couldn't have been more pleased.

The delivery was extremely smooth and on time! The workers were helpful and extremely nice. I had in home delivery, they put the tv exactly where I asked and were very quick!

Loving this TV so far! I don't upgrade my TVs very often and generally focus on deals, and this I couldn't pass up on a deal for a 75". The features and picture are great for a budget model and the software is much improved over my last Samsung TV. The sound is very thin on its own, but I paired with a very entry level Samsung soundbar via bluetooth and the sound is now more than enough from a budget setup.

On time very helpful move my other refrigerator and place this one connect my water line for ice.

I had my fridge delivered. They called before arriving. Moved the old one to another spot in laundry room. Brought in new unit and were very professional and fast. Very well worth the delivery charge. Happy customer here.

These gentlemen not only came and installed the tv with no problem but they also set it up and went thru how to use it. I had to get a built out and it took them less than 1 hr to install it. There was no mess at all. Very professional and caring!

I am now extremely happy that a nightmare has been solved and a terrific installation of what should’ve been a simple purchase of a television and installation and it’s all due to David and Nate who cut to the Chase with the store and did a quick clean proper install the opposite of the third party contractor Who was first hired to install and left me with a broken TV on the wall. David and Nate really go the extra mile. So thankful that the real geek squad showed up to install the replacement TV.

These guys were in and out in less than 20 minutes. And I had them carry my washer and dryer combo all the way up two flights of stairs!!!!
