Even though it took a while for the refrigerator to get to me, the delivery guys were incredibly friendly and cheerful and installing it

The delivery people were on the ball. First they inspected the area to make sure there was enough room to remove the old refrigerator and install the new refrigerator. They first removed the doors to refrigerator. Then removing the storm door. Made it easy to bring inside the house. They brought the refrigerator through the garage door. Removed the doors in order to move the refrigerator into the kitchen. Then added the doors back onto the refrigerator with ease. Attached the water filter line to back of refrigerator easily. Added the accessories inside the refrigerator. They also cleaned up the area. Made sure everything was done correctly and asked if I was satisfied with service.

I've had a couple of deliveries recently and they were always early in the allotted window which I really appreciate it. Two people each time, smiling and friendly. Quick and efficient, could not ask for more than this!

The BestBuy workers were absolutely amazing when installing my new Samsung appliances. They did it all in a timely manner and I could not have been happier. They were done in approximately 30 minutes and had no trouble finding my house and communicating with me. They even waited for me because I was rushing to get home after work in order to meet them at my home. They were more than accommodating, and I am very pleased with the home delivery service!

The refrigerator is exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love it.

The delivery team delivered my item on time and undamaged. I love how Best Buy stays in contact with you to determine the best time to drop off your items. The gentlemen who delivered my TV were nice and friendly. They even persuaded me to get the 5-year warranty based on their own experiences. Best of all, Delivery was free. Can't argue with that. They even hauled away the old TV for an extra fee, which helped out because it is very hard to properly dispose of big electronics like Televisions.

The service is second to none. They expertly navigated a tight townhome environment to remove and install a HUGE refrigerator. The old one had to have the doors removed due to it's size. Despite the new fridge being significantly heavier and a non-trivial amount of stairs, they handled it with extreme care. Assembly and setup went smoothly.

This treadmill was extremely easy to set up. It was packed with minimal disposable waste - all you really have to do is lift it out of the box, apply lubricant underneath the walking pad, plug it in and go. The LED read out of time, calories burned, distance, are very easy to read. The wheels make this very transportable. I appreciate that this came with a battery in the remote already, and an extra one for later! Great purchase.

I did the inhome delivery and install so i did not damage the tv they installed the tv and soundbar and noth mounts works great no issues at all very happy and with the care.

I recently got the Samsung Q60D 55” TV, and I’m really happy with it. Setting it up was super easy, and it looks great with its sleek design and thin bezels. The picture quality is amazing—colors are vibrant, and the blacks are really deep. I connected it to my Sonos Playbar, and it works perfectly as expected. The smart features are user-friendly and quick. I had no trouble accessing apps like Netflix and Disney+, and it works great for both streaming and gaming. With plenty of HDMI and USB ports, I had no issues connecting my gaming console and soundbar. Overall, the Samsung Q60D 55” TV is a fantastic buy with excellent picture quality and easy-to-use smart features. Highly recommend!

Delivery was outstanding! They were very careful with the frig and the door way. Very efficient and fast!

Had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company on my original delivery date. I live in an apartment 2nd floor parking can be a pain but when they came we were telling them to park in a certain spot and the guy was saying the trees are too low when the very next day someone else had a delivery and the truck was just as big if not bigger and parked exactly where I wanted that guy to park. I mean the truck had graffiti on the back of it so I'm not sure why he was too worried about the top of it hitting a few branches. So because he didn't want to park there I didn't get my fridge that day it was literally right in front of us and they didn't do it. Needless to say I had to reschedule a couple days later and had to use an ice chest till then since I barely moved in to my new apartment. The next delivery date was successful and I believe the guys where two different men this time and completed the delivery and where friendly and fast. The fridge and freezer got cold pretty quick and having it for about a week it's been working great! The only 2 things I don't like are the racks because the spaces are a little too wide that it's hard for items to stand. Im getting something solid to put ontop. Also the freezer is a little small but it's doable for my lil family of 4. Other than that we love it.

These gentlemen not only came and installed the tv with no problem but they also set it up and went thru how to use it. I had to get a built out and it took them less than 1 hr to install it. There was no mess at all. Very professional and caring!

The home delivery and installation of my huge 100" TV was flawless . I received text communications throughout the delivery process. Two technicians arrived on time and handled my new TV like fine porcelain. They wore shoe protection in my home, cleaned and removed all packing material. My TV was installed perfectly, and I was provided excellent instructions.

Install was on time. kind and courteous installers. They where done in less than 1 hr
