I was contacted when they said they'd have my delivery info. The deliver people called about 2 hours before and arranged to come earlier than the initial time - which was great. Very polite.

They called 30 mins prior to drop off and even complimented my Pug. Even though these are minor details, I do believe it says A LOT about who Best Buy hires and they hire excellent people with great attitudes. The product and box both came in undamaged. It was overall a great experience with NO issues. Thanks Best Buy!!

Both were delivered on time by knowledgeable technicians who were efficient, friendly, and tidied up after installation. Excellent serice.

LG stove with Air fryer

The Perfect “65 TV!

It hits the sweet spot for watching sports and movies. I tested out the 55” LG OLED, TCL and Hisense. While OLED is amazing, it’s just not necessary. I finally settled on the 65” Sony and actually saved a few hundred dollars. The sales rep really helped me out.
