Great installation team, very thorough and on time

Dave and Ralph were true professionals . New what they were doing quick ,pleasant and accommodating . Best Buy should be proud of these two gentlemen that work for them !

Very easy delivery and quick installation; absolutely worth it.

Its a nice fridge, but had issues with air door clogging and freezing over the refrigerator part. Beware, highly recommend the 3 year geek squad warranty for issues if you fet fridge. Besides that issue it is a great fridge.

Kudos to the geek squad, those two gentleman were fast, knowledgeable, and experienced. Preinstalled the stack kit outside , got them in the house in with ease and installed quickly.

I was messages in advance when hes arriving about 20minutes gave me time to expect delivery

Love this range and it is a solid built.It comes with some broil pans just like the smaller range would. very happy about BestBuy service as well. We connected our range instead of paying for installation. It was super easy but make sure you shut off your main gas line but I guess if you don't know how to connect a gas line you better hire a professional. I went to HomeDepot and got the connector kit, the installation was very easy. The range is so pretty and sturdy. The serial number is located on the small oven door, and you will need that for warranty registration.

The men were very professional and sufficient….. showed me exactly how to use my new appliances and were very nice and well mannered men

I have been loyal Samsung customer for a long time. In total i have 5 tv, 2 dryers, 1 washer, 2 refrigerators. But this recent have changed. I just bought this Brand new refrigerator but it broke down within 4 months. The technician came and fix it but it broke again in a week. They have made it very difficult for me to connect to the issue or replacement with their support team. So i am now disappointed loyal customer. I think if you have been buying samsung products i think you should reconsider as it getting so bad now. They sell but wont help you when you need them. And their parts are extreme hard to replace or order. So you better to stick with somebody else and their call volume is always high so you wont get through because with all their broken products.please dont let them test out your patience.
