Driver got my tv to me in a timely matter. Brought it right to my door, Good service

A good picture, but poor grey screen uniformity. If you watch TV and movies this is a good TV. Not great for hockey or sports that involve a lot of camera panning. I am an avid sports watcher and find myself often second guessing my purchase. Sound is better than expected. Remote is small and has limited functionality but what it can do it does ok, I recommend downloading the app. This TV would be perfect if you are lucky and win a clean panel, otherwise you need to be willing to make the compromises.

I have been looking forward to this day for weeks, but I fell back asleep after the alarm went off at 6am. The delivery arrived about 8:30 am working a projected window between 7am and 2pm. The gentlemen were so kind and wonderfully professional and efficient. My new Samsung washer and dryer is simply perfect to care for my family! They even arranged the doors where they open facing each other for easier use for me. I recommend buying from Best Buy and choosing the delivery and installation. You won’t be disappointed!

While we had to wait a little extra for the installation, the TV was delivered on time and professionally. It was super large and heavy so we had to leave it in the garage until Geek Squad arrived to do the install.

Simple and straightforward, three knobs and a button, dries clothes fantastic! only flaw is lint trap on top leaves dust when you change it. could they make a lint trap that doesn't leave dust? IDK i'm not an engineer.

The home service for my stove and installation was excellent.

This fridge was a special gift for my mom, and although we were worried about it fitting perfectly, they handled the unloading and installation with remarkable precision. The delivery guys were quite professional when they delived our new refrigerator. They took the old one away and hauled the new one in after having to remove the back door and railing leading down the stairs, then they re-attach the door and railing without any damage. The problem is that they delived a refrigerator which appeared to have come off of the truck without a box and which was dented and not looking brand new at all. We were given a gift card for $200 as compensation. I'd have rather had a brand new unit but couldn't wait on a replacement. Why no box?

Jason and Wilbur were very help and had the nice blend of "down to earth and professionalism". They were very informative and asked if I had any more questions before they left. Dont forget to ask them about Geek Squad installment plans. They were very careful with bringing the new fridge and had in up and running within minutes. (w/o the water line installation) They were also very prompt and communication was right on point. They let me know the day before as a reminder and asked if I needed to reschedule for any reason. Couldn't ask for a better delivery!
