We do flip houses and always get home delivery. We have Never had any issues. The delivery staff are always professional and polite and always take extra care when delivering your appliances

Quick, painless, polite, it was a breeze, all good things. The two gentlemen brought the box and said it exactly where I have the TV in the photo, but on the floor, where all my babies toys are, and that was that explained how the box opened and then went onto the next delivery

The delivery service was very convenient. Communication was to the point and effective.

TV is ok. I have a higher end larger tv in my living room and wanted something bigger in my bedroom. Doesn’t come close to the higher end selections, but size is nice. Sound is a bit iffy, and overall color seems dark and not vibrant no matter how much I change the settings. Upset I had to put it on my dresser which blocks the mirror, but that’s my fault. I thought it would fit on the chest. It would have, but the stand sits so far apart on this tv instead of in the middle . Best Buy team was nice for delivery. Great communication prior to delivery, and friendly customer service during delivery.

They delivered it into our living room and they hauled the box away even though we didn’t pay for haul away($35 extra).

We got a great deal on a washer and dryer set and the delivery was free. Washer arrived damaged due to the straps being tightened too much. We kept it because we needed a washer that day and it didnt hurt its functionality. Still a bit disappointing

Delivery was on time. Driver called to give me an accurate time and also let me know when they were 5 minutes away. They were also very careful when they set my 55" Samsung inside my house.

The deliverer was great according to staff at the Skilled/Nursing home. The product was just what was order. A new mini fridge was in excellent condition, it was set up/put in place as staff requested and made ready to go. We were able to use the mini fridge that evening. The true test was to insure the ice didn’t melt in the freezer. It was great, no issues with freezer or refrigerator.

I'm happy with the purchase of my Insignia refrigerator. And if I may add, the delivery service was professional. Quick, fast, neat and clean. The only problem about this service is that I felt so bad. I didn't have cash to give these guys something to let them know I appreciate their service and professionalism. I received several texts prior to delivery. And a call when they was 20 minutes away as well as a text. Letting me know that they're about to pull up. They were on time. Set everything up. And cleaned up their mess. You can't beat that for free delivery service. BEST BUY you're my store!✊

Home delivery was smooth and seamless. Associates were professional and efficient. Recommended.

Delivery was just okay. I tried so many times to preference a certain timeframe, and I got the opposite time. The delivery man had someone else carry the TV in and he hit it on a banister and set it down hard on the floor. Not careful at all. Then he tried to pressure me to write him a 5 star review and left. Furthermore, after a week, I got a text to my personal phone from what seems like this driver’s personal number asking again for a review. This seems to be a violation of data privacy and very unprofessional. I don’t know how he got or saved my number. For clarity, this was for the TCL TV Delivery (I had another delivery later that same day from the geek squad that was much much better and more professional).

All items arrived on time or before was pleased that the carriers put the items on porch and not just laid at the bottom of the steps if I could give more stars i would!
