This is a great service and perfect for the price. This well exceeds my expectations.

Delivery was on time and driver called to give me plenty of notice of when he was on his way. Very courteous & professional delivery team. I have had issue with appliance deliveries in the past (from home improvement stores - won’t mention any names) but the Best Buy team was the best that I’ve ever had!!! Will definitely be a repeat customer here!!!

My washer and dryer were installed first thing in the morning. The squad who completed the delivery and installation contacted me before arrival. Once they brought in our washer and dryer, the process was quick and easy. They gave a quick overview and made sure to check whether we had any questions before leaving. Excellent service and a pleasant experience overall.

Smooth delivery. I cleared a path before arrival, delivery crew showed up as promised, stove was brought in the house and left in the kitchen for me to instal. Delivery crew communicated with me via phone 90min before arrival. They even cleaned up a lil mud that was brought in from outside.

Setting up for delivery with the option to reschedule was very easy. When delivered received prior call as well as emails. Geek squad that delivered and set everything up including wall mount we’re very professional and willing to answer any questions I may have had. They left no mess behind. Very polite and professional.

ABOVE AND BEYOND IS HOW I WOULD QUALIFY THIS TEAM. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING AND THE TIME RANGE THEY WOULD GIVE ME WAS SPECIFIC AND THEY WERE ALWAYS WITHIN THE RANGE. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. THE GUYS ARE VERY EFFICIENT, CAREFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I purchased this TV in July 2023. The picture quality was great—sharp, clear, and vibrant. However, I noticed that every time I opened certain apps, the TV would have to update first, which was inconvenient. The remote also wasn’t the easiest to use, and it wasn’t the magic remote, which was a bit of a letdown in terms of user experience. Unfortunately, in May 2025—less than two years later—lines suddenly appeared on the screen and the TV completely went out. Luckily, I had purchased a warranty, so it was replaced, but not with the same model (which I believe has been discontinued). Overall, it had a strong start with great picture quality, but the constant updates, less intuitive remote, and the fact that it failed so soon made it a disappointing purchase in the long run.

Setting up an expensive, Smart 4K OLED TV needs to be left to the Geek Squad pros! Worth every penny to have it done in such a short time rather than trying to do it yourself. These TVs have so many ins and outs, choices of adjustments, would have confused me instead of just sitting back and letting the pros do it and explain it as well!

Everything was delivered inside my house as i asked for hmguys where very nice.

Overall was great, accurate, the installers were so professional, nice and fast, nothing was damaged, they turn on the appliances to demonstrate they're where working.

geeky at all. In fact they are rock stars in my book! Why? They are yes knowledgeable to get the job done professionally, efficient and in my opinion pretty fast too. No problems what so ever! I originally had my own idea on how or what they should do...boy was that dumb and slightly geeky. The 2 pro's knew exactly what I had in mind and did it beyond my expectations...what a stellar job. I can't rave enough about the delivery and installation job. They are worth every $$$ and it was not even alot $$$ for the work they did. I highly recommend their services and will use them again the next time I buy another huge new tv to be installed...hopefully in the near future:-)

It was fine. The delivery people I know did not scratch my machine. It was manufacture themselves. I am still waiting for a phone call back from Best Buy after a week now. That is why I gave them a 3.
