Very carful men !! The tv was without any scratch .

Shipping wasn’t the best, they were late. Then they said they didn’t have cord but they could gift us one for a tip. So we tipped them to get the cord, and later on when on the phone with customer service found out that should not have happened. At that point the tip was gone and we just had to move on.

The delivery was a great experience. Best Buy keeps you informed with every step. The men who delivered my stove were attentive and polite.

Could not have been happy with my installation guys. They were awesome and got the job don’t quickly. Couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. Helped me move the Treadmill into another room and even helped me position it on the 6ft pad I bought for it to sit on. If I ever need something else to be installed again i would definitely buy from Best Buy!

The delivery service was fantastic the drivers were on time and give me a heads up notice that they were coming. Professional and Fast Very careful. So far pretty happy with the product although I think I may need to get it serviced because the massage chair seems to be acting up. Not happy about that but I think Best Buy will take care of it

The two gentleman that did my deliver were pleasant and came with great service. Delivered up 3 flights of stairs and did not hear one bad word or complaint on the task.

QN90 A 85 is a beast! Had it 3 weeks and have loved every minute of it the settings you need are on ratings.com and I do not miss not having a OLED for fear of burn in. Blooming is very minimal and the apps are Snappy and quick and works really well with my Harmony remote. I hung this 85 on a sanus swing arm and it did works just perfect. I ran everything to my TV which seems to work much better. No regrets and would buy this again tomorrow if I had it to do over.

Great looking appliance. And it works as good as it looks. My wife loves it. Steam option in the dryer is great.

Team did a great job installing. They were quick but they didn’t level the unit properly, I ah stop ask them to do it. They also didn’t align the doors of the fridge, and they damaged my brand new floor.
