I so wanted to like this LG 65" smart tv, because it has a great picture. However, it is not a smart TV! LG and my internet provider tried to work with me, but they could not get my home internet to work on this TV! Although we saw the internet worked just fine using the hot spot on my iPhone and they said LG should be compatible with Spectrum internet. Then Geek Squad suggested I just return or exchange the TV but would not help me find a solution to the no internet connection issue!

Felt like a little more caution could have been taken in moving the massage chair and installing. I care about my things very carefully so seeing it placed on the cement outside and then squeezed and scratched on the door frame hurt a little inside.movers were very communicative and kind

I was not impressed that bestbuy chose to deliver my tv with a tractor trailer semi truck, or that it was a third party either, considering I lived a few miles from the store I thought same day deliver would be reasonable but I received the TV about 4 days later.

Home delivery was on schedule, professional, clean, dismounted old TV put up the new TV cleaned up and took away all the packing

I was super blessed with the purchase of two of the mini metal tins that I’ve purchased in the store. I had such an insane luck that I pulled four of the top rare cards from this entire set. Charizard Mew, Iono and even Gardevoir

Delivery was ok. I was not home the day of delivery but my niece was there. They came and installed my washer and d dryer and didnt open the water all the way. So they ran a test cycle and left. When I came home 4 hours later the washer was making a noise and display an error message. I turn off the washer and check and see the water had been shut off and open but forgot to open all the way. Overall it was ok. But they need to be more careful.

Delivery men were great at bringing Tv in, called me before they were about to arrive and delivered with care and efficiently.

The chair is truly exceptional. It is incredibly comfortable and I am genuinely satisfied with my purchase.
