I had a 77" OLED delivered. The product was well secured within the delivery truck and the box/packaging were in perfect condition upon delivery. Delivery was smooth and easy. The drivers were great and provided excellent communication leading up to the drop-off! Highly recommended!

I wish I would’ve gotten my delivery drivers names they were grades I he was either Chase or just and I can’t remember and he had a young lady with them they were so nice even played with my little dog that ran out they carried it in asked where to put it we just told him to sit in the living room it was going in my room but they were just so friendly and so nice and even messed up and came early but they did call to see if that was OK of course it’s OK LOL

Best Buy recently delivered out 83” LG OLED TV and we couldn’t be more pleased with this part of the process. We sat in our Living Room and actually watched 2 Geek Squad Employees take it out of their van and bring it into our house. They literally gave it “The White Glove Treatment,” as they took their time and CB placed it down gently in our family room where they would later wall Mount it. “Nice work, Guys!”

They were nice and put the items exactly where I asked, so I appreciated that. The only thing I didn't like is how big the delivery windows are so you have to reserve your whole day in case. It ended up arriving in the morning, though.

The Geek Squad is the best. To date they have delivered two refrigerators, two flat screen TVs and a washer and dryer. They are always on time, polite and super careful. The refrigerator we purchased was huge and had to be disassemble to fit through the front door. No problem for these guys. They also mounted the tv on the wall, set it up and explained how everything works. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I saw this on sale and could not pass up this steal of a price. It was delivered by Best Buy (not UPS or FedEx) and the guys brought it right in and there was no damage at all. It’s small enough to fit into our apartment, but has more space inside than we actually need for now. I got tired of not being able to buy as much frozen food as I wanted with limited space I our regular fridge/freezer, so now I can shop in bulk and make less trips to the store.
