If you want Samsung to control how you watch your Tv and force you to keep their Samsung Tv Plus app, which by default start the Tv on Live Tv, which SUCKS, then buy any Samsung Tv. No matter what you read on Google or watch in YouTube, THERE’S NO WAY TO DISABLE THIS FEATURE, so even when I bought less than 50% of the price, I’m returning this Tv. There’s no way Samsung get to decide what I want to watch or listen to when I turn on my Tv after paying $Ks. It doesn’t matter if you disable the auto-run last app, or disable or remove the Samsung Tv Plus app; this may have worked in the past, as of today, 12/18/25, it doesn’t and it’s extremely annoying and disrespectful to buyers. Best Buy service and shipping services were great, that’s the only thing good on this purchase.

Perfectly packed and delivered even before the expected date of arrival. Plastic wrapped on the items and even protected by air filled plastic bags. Box well taped and received in awesome condition. Damage free packaging!!!

We received free delivery of the dishwasher we purchased. We were given a 3 hr time frame & phone call of delivery which was helpful. Two guys arrived & carried it into our home. They were very friendly & had arrived on time.

Deliver guys were great but it was a tight squeeze and the fridge got scuffed. I spent over 3 hours on chat and the phone with Best Buy and they best they would offer me was a $57 gift card. It’s less about the amount, which in my opinion was far too low for the damage. But the time it took to even get to that point Horrible customer service.

The first set of guys did everything not to bring the fridge into the house. I had to wait til after the holiday weekend and then i got a crew that actually did the work and im enjoying my fridge

Guy was here on time, they gave me a call to see which entry to bring up the tv and ask me where should they set it up...perfect!!!

Best overall display for mid tier tvs. This goes to show how far samsung has come and how great best buy services are for being able to carry them in stores. Installation team was great, they took no time at all.

What's not to like about Home Delivery? It sure beats having to pick it up myself!
