Nice TV, easy set up. Good picture but has an insane amount of cloud effect in dark scenes. Would have returned but due to work being done on my basement I was unable to install the TV until after warranty period was over.

John and his co worker were awesome delivering my DIL her new dryer. He was kind and efficient. Best Buy delivering is superior compared to others. He discovered a gas leak on her old dryer that was being replaced.

It took more than a week to get it i order on October 25 and i got until November 4 i wanted for my kids birthday party on the 31 of October i guess when you have amazon prime i was expecting it to get it in a couple of days not 10 days later i was afraid it was going to get wet it been raining on and off here i wish they put in a bag just incase thank you

Always shop Best Buy bc of free delivery! The delivery team is always extra helpful, neat, & efficient. I had a refrigerator, washer & dryer delivered & it all took less than 30minutes. Highly recommend. Exceptional effort by employee, Jose!

These guys did a great job delivering and installing a new Frigidaire oven/range to my father's house. They were there when they said they'd be and let us know when they were on the way. They carried the unit up to a third floor apartment for my elderly father and installed it quickly and made the whole process very easy. I'll happily pay a (very) little more to have these pros do my appliance installs in the future.

Delivery was great but dryer was a lemon thing want come on and it new that what makes it so bad how can you sell something like this for almost 600 dollars and call yourself best buy you should test you product before you sell them

Everything went well except for my only request when I scheduled the delivery. Ihe process of scheduling the delivery, ?I was asked if there was any special request in the delivery. I noted "take your shoes off when you are inside the house" but delivery bodies did not took off their shoes. Be careful! Other than that everything was great.

Edgar and his delivery partner were fantastic. They communicated well, looked at all options with my doors and hallways, etc. and they were cautious of my walls with a big freezer delivery into a small space!! They did a great job!!
