My delivery was delayed but I'm giving it 5 stars because as a total tech member my massage chair was installed for free. This was a great relief, the last thing I want to do is make a major purchase and have to worry and wonder if I installed everything properly.

On time called ahead had equipment to get job done right!

Excellent clarity with the Samsung TVs (I purchased two). A nice size for most rooms, not to big or too small.

The fridge is excellent- looks great. Just exactly what I was looking for BUT upon delivery - or thru transit, the shelves support tracks were damaged on both side of the fridge which result in having to do a replacement and be without a fridge again for a few days..

Overall delivery went well, it would have been nice to find more information online about scheduling once I had a delivery scheduled. I did get a call from delivery people and when they arrived they were polite and professional, even allowed me time to clean out the area where my old refrigerator was before bringing in new one. Removed most of the plastic from the accessories and put them in place, missed a few and the top shelf was a tough one to remove myself. Also one of the ice storage trays was broken, found broken parts in the driveway where they had assembled and unpacked the new refrigerator. No easy online way to get this resolved by Best Buy, must go into store and haven't been able to do that.

The television arrived at reasonable time. drivers were friendly and polite, they made sure to help us get the tv turned to make sure the screen wasn't damaged and left soon after.

On time and informative. The delivery team called and gave me 15-20 arrival notice, inspected the pathway prior to attempting the move of the appliance and cleaned up after themselves. Kind and respectful.

I bought the “Segway GT1” and box was over 110 lbs. the delivery staff came to my home early and assisted my elderly mother to place huge box in a safe place. My mother mentioned the staff was very helpful and professional .

Delivery was on time. The installers set up the washer and dryer quickly and made sure the appliances were working properly. Made sure I had the warranty paperwork and instructions.

The two guys that delivered our LG smart dryer were great! They notified me before they arrived via text message and answered all of my questions after unpacking it for me. They even took the packaging with them to throw away themselves! Great service!

Crew delivered my product before earlier than expected time slot.

So I ordered a 75 inch Sony Flatscreen and optional install, I was very satisfied with the professionalism and knowledge of the installer . He set up, showed me all the applications, downloaded the recent software update and was very clean and organized about his work. He made sure I had no doubt on how to operate, sign into streaming apps and adjusted the TV for the room. Very courteous and complete. Much Thanks

Originally ordered 75 inch tv, after bestbuy failed 7 delivery attempts (due to them not actually having the tv) I decided to cancel that order and settle on this 70 inch insignia fire tv. It has been a good tv so far.

It was my first time using Geek Squad for a setup and install. I had a great crew with Chad and Kolt. They worked extremely fast and were very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

I absolutely love my LG front load dryer. This is the best dryer. I purchased the matching dryer. The set is so quiet, we run it late at night and never hear it.
