It originally came installed with two dents on the fridge door, but thanks to Best Buy's replacement policy, it was promptly replaced. I am extremely satisfied with how everything worked out and I am absolutely delighted with my new refrigerator.

Best buy, best buy delivery and install failed. After years of trusting BestBuy they totally let me down. Missed delivery date with no reason as to why when calling. Simple I dont know attitude 'but hey lets get you setup for delivery again' 2nd delivery date purchased a gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator. Only the gas range was installed BUT this thread pipe sealant was found on the street along with trash and stryrofoam. Hope I dont get a gas leak. The refrigerator and dishwasher ciuld not be installed. Even after the 4 times I called customer service no one ever relayed that information. Now i have old appliances new ones and no way to install or throw the big boxes. Haven't been refunded for install or haulaway. If your thinking of buying from BestBuy dont. You'll end up with a time consuming nightmare. Go directly to the brand. The gas range has been used once and works well.

I bought an 8K Samsung Television from BestBuy.com with free Home Delivery. TV arrived in pristine condition with zero damage to the box or more importantly the TV. Plenty of communication from crew beforehand. They arrived at house, carefully unloaded from truck in to house, up the stairs and left it for me to install. Everything was super smooth and I cannot recommend enough! A+++++ Best Buy/Geek Squad!

Had 2 men deliver our 55 inch tv..was scared it would have a cracked screen of something but evidently these 2 men knew what they were doing and when we took it out of the box it was perfect

The Best Buy geek squad did a half effort job and left the TV leaning completely forward. Their reason was the weight of the TV and then it was also not level. Again, they said because it’s so heavy. Had a neighbor contractor come fix it. They also didn't conceal the wires.

Ordered an Insignia 11.5 cf refrigerator online. The delivery was very timely, and the gentlemen who unloaded and set up the fridge were very polite, cheerful and professional. Carried it down to the sublevel and set it up with a smile!

Third party delivered arrived hours past scheduled appointment time. Just stuck it in side the door they would not stay long enough to open to make sure nothing was broken. Luckily all was well and we love our purchase.

My freezer was originally delivered with damage to the outer walls. Even though the people who delivered it promised they would take care of the issue for me, I ended up having to fight Best Buy to get a replacement. Good rule of thumb is: if there’s damage, Do NOT let them deliver it. Even if you don’t sign for delivery, they can always complete the job.

Delivery was top rated, cubans guys were kind, professional, easy going, fast. Guys were fast but I was surprised how carefully handled my appliance. Good comunicación all the. Thanks.

Bought a TV on a Black Friday deal. Very excited to receive it. The delivery date after 10 days of purchase. I thought it’s okay to wait for that long because it’s a good deal and free home delivery. Delivery men called in advace to inform that they are going to make the delivery and very informative about the time of delivery and they are right on time as they said. But, after waiting that long and opening the product all I left with disappointment. TV screen is completely cracked. Hope they will replace it soon. Crossing my fingers.

These guys were awesome! On time. Called to let me know when they were on their way. Took their time bringing in the appliance without banging into walls or damaging it. And took the box so I didn’t have to worry about throwing it away.

Best Buy delivery service was above expectations when they delivered my new washer. They did the installation easily and professionally and gave tutorial on use of washer. Very respectful and helpful and fast. And the washer purchased is very good.

Having the option of delivery made purchasing a stone so much easier. We received up to date information as to when to expect the delivery. There was constant contact. The guys were professional and knowledgeable in getting the stove into the house.
