Wonderful and highly recommended, setup was simple and pain free.

I have had many delivery experiences and this was the worst. The delivery driver came late then spent more time telling the Dispatch that he couldn’t do the job then it took for him to actually do it. He never completed the work so I had to wait an extra Week or so to have someone else come out and do the 10 minute job that he neglected to do because he wanted to hurry up because he was running late. He only had to hook up the hoses on the back of the dryer and all pieces were present .He basically made his problem mine so that meant another week without a dryer. I was so happy to get the dryer and so sad that I couldn’t use it.

Delivery guys were very respectful and helpful. They brought it up to my apartment even though the television and sound bar was heavy

Agents were nice and were able to quickly mount our new TV. My husband was the one who was here and I wish they would have offered to hide the cords inside the wall like they did in my home office, but he said they didn’t offer to do that. And he didn’t know to ask. So we can see the cords hanging down, which isn’t the end of the world, but would be a cleaner look.

My TV was delivered with care and the delivery guys were really friendly. Brought the TV into my home and placed it where I ask them.

I bought a washer dryer unit from Best Buy and they delivered it and it had a huge dent. They had to return it back to the warehouse and re-order me a new one. They brought a new one and unfortunately, I was out of town and it was not inspected at time of delivery. When I got home, I noticed a huge dent on the side of the washer from the front of the machine to the back and from the top down to the bottom. We called same day and my husband went into the store to discuss as he could not get through to customer service . He was given a phone number to contact the geek squad and he called four times in the phone never answered. I got onto to chat and was told to go into the store and communicate with someone who had more tools to make a decision.. I called again and they told me it was too late. I had gone over my 24 to 72 hour limit of returning the unit and there was nothing they can do. I will never buy one thing from Best Buy again. I bought all my computers for my business at Best Buy And in last month bought another dryer for a rental and a computer. I am done. It is WORST BUY NOT Best Buy. And the delivery man who delivered the unit knew very well that there was a huge dent on the side and did not say one word yet they took a good tip for installing the unit..

The men were clean fast and curtious. They worked together to bring in the freezer and not one scratch.

I never thought that a small speaker could produce a room filling sound as if their were more than one speaker in the room!!!!

Home delivery team delivered my 65” with great results.
