The crew was great! Got our internet shifted over to our purchased equipment rather than continuing to rent the Comcast modem. They made sure all was in working order and the guys were very friendly and kinda.

The Geek Squad member assigned to install mess net router was very knowledgeable about the product and completed the task in a timely fashion. Very pleased with the service.

The agent installed my wireless mesh system efficiently and was very professional including educating me on my isp as well as other devices connected to my internet. Well worth the subscription price for geek covers.

Anthony and Nicholas did a great job. Had to deal with XFinity for some steps for set up. They were patient.

The installer transferred data from my old computer, installed the new computer and set up a new router. Took longer than I expected, but something I could not do by myself.

Not being tech savy I called the GEEK squad to set up my new modem. Had a issue with setting up a appointment with the call in numbers so I went direct to the store and had the appointment set up in minutes. John came to my house and in a matter of minutes I was up and running again. He arrived on time and called to let me know he was on the way. Very professional job. Thank you.

Agent hooked up new modem without any problem. However ATT sent the wrong modem. We did not have tv to two of our three tv’s.

Geek Squad hooked my modem to my computer. They were exceptional. Courteous, very helpful. They made sure I understood everything. I could not ask for better service.

They took the extra step to solve the problem when local cable company didn't with router set up. Very much appreciated.

The Agent connected the Neat gear devices around the house so we have good WiFi service in all rooms. Then he synchronized the TV remotes to the right TVs and they all work basically the same now!G

I had a wi-fi mesh installed in my house along with my netgear modem. The two fellows who came to my house were terrific, professional,on time, and answered all of my tech questions. Highly recommend this service A+ rating.
