The agents were just fantastic in solving my problem with Sonos & Linksys… it all stemmed from wrong information from Xfinity. They took time to explain how things will work in my circumstances.

The agent was helpful, friendly and most knowledgeable of all products installed. He was willing and dedicated to make sure our tv was up and operating before he left no matter what time it was.

The Agent connected the Neat gear devices around the house so we have good WiFi service in all rooms. Then he synchronized the TV remotes to the right TVs and they all work basically the same now!G

You cannot beat the Geek Squad. We have used them for several years and are never disappointed. They are efficient, knowledgable, and very careful not to leave you with a mess. Will continue to use them!

Installed my new router and satellites and made sure that everything was working properly. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Everyone is very nice and helpful however, there appears to be some disconnect with people knowing what to do when hooking up devices in the home. They always seem to miss something and have to come back 2-3 times. It can be an inconvenience when you have a tight schedule
