    Everyone is very nice and helpful however, there appears to be some disconnect with people knowing what to do when hooking up devices in the home. They always seem to miss something and have to come back 2-3 times. It can be an inconvenience when you have a tight schedule

    I have better things to do with my little spare time so I had the Geek squad come help me decide what I wanted, (Eero system with Mesh extensions) and install/set everything up.. Great job, even better knowledge of the system!

    Outstanding technician. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He took the time to explain things in a way we could understand and was very informative. He both told and showed us how to do what we needed to do. He also double checked all of his work to insure it worked properly before leaving.

    The Geek Squad representative set up my new modem and WiFi. He was timely, very professional and his demeanor was very pleasant. Very good experience and thoroughly met my expectations. I'm pretty much a technical dinosaur and without this service I would have been lost. Definitely worth having the Totaltech membership.
