Outstanding technician. He was extremely courteous and helpful. He took the time to explain things in a way we could understand and was very informative. He both told and showed us how to do what we needed to do. He also double checked all of his work to insure it worked properly before leaving.

Agent Cameron Smith was his usual great work in getting things I need fixed and makes sure all is working correctly. Xfinity agents in two visits failed, but your 1st agents found the problem of failed equipment and the other a female agent within about 5 minutes figured out the Xfinity agents did not plug cable in correctly to new Nighthawk Modem equipment and my OOMA phones. I am a happy camper again.

Agents are friendly, clean and mostly knowlegeable. New Router and Modem were installed during a two hour session (Xfinity took up 1/2 of that time) and I needed to follow up with Xfinity next day. An installation mistake from the Geeks on my surround System (Samsung) from way back and under warranty was still not resolved and I needed to bring the two rear speakers to the store to be repaired or exchanged (still in progress). So, minus two stars...

Home modem went well for the most part. A little hitch in hooking my other systems to it but they figured it out just fine.

Best Buy did a wonderful job with setting up my modem as well as the new computer, monitor, & printer. The Geek Squad tech who came made sure everything was working and that I was connected after setting it up, on the computer and also on my landline phone! I am so glad I had the help of the Best Buy Geek Squad in connecting and setting up my new modem!
