They did a great job installing my Ring Pro home security and helped me get it set up. Would use them again.

Install of Simplisafe can most likely be done easily by yourself ... Geek Squad is great, but save the expense and do this yourself.

I love my Arlo security cameras inside my home. And one the Geek Squad came over and set it up. They helped out quite a bitthank you for your help and setting it up

The Eufy doorbell dual camera and base work just as I hoped they would. The Total Tech guy was very professional and efficient in installing and setting it up all free of charge. Now we can see who comes to our front door and if there are any packages left. We feel much more secure now!

Geek agent installed Ring security, Yale lock and Ring doorbell. All went well except the doorbell. No fault of the installing agent, we had what seems to be a common problem and we needed an electrician to rectify the problem.

He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to us to where we understood.

The agent did come and installed the device. We had a small problem getting it connected. I’m not real sure if he was sure of what he was doing. He asked questions that were not relavent to connecting the device.

I bought the best buy Greek squad plan and love to buy it and as I have installed so many new items in home and they install all are as free due to Greek squad member. Installation process was very smooth and clean and team installed the device on time...

We are happy with Arlo home security device.it is user friendlier. The capability to speed dial the fire department or police department is a plus.

Requested to have the Geek Squad install the Ring Security System. It took an hour to setup and test and programming of iPhone. Also gave instructions on the operation of the Ring Security System and suggested if you pay for in advance the video and Security System it would cost $100. for 12 months. Great deal. The other Service I had for many years costed $40 per month and was expensive. Will use the Geek Squad again.

Rocky was terrific at problem solving the Arlo camera interaction with our Eero mesh network and internet service.

The Geek squad agent was an expert. So worth paying for the I stall of the RING alarm and camera system as he did it in 20 minutes. He was super tidy and showed me how it all works. The only thing missed was I don't think he left me the original doorbell, which I'll need to reinstall when we move out as this is a rental

You have the best geek squad ever, Justin is number one in our eyes. Very efficient, friendly, and overall an excellent tech. Would recommend him to work on anything we have. Best Buy has great employees.

The tech was very nice. Even though he said it was his 1st time installing the Ring security camera, he was very efficient and nice. He showed me everything and asked where i wanted the equipment. Great price for install as well. The box said it was easy but i didnt want to try to install it either. It was well worth it for Geek Squad to install.

Purchased the Ring Alarm Pro 14 Piece Kit and got the service for home installation. The installer was one of the most professional installer I have ever meet. He took care of all my questions and trained me on how to use the system properly. Installation took less than an hour and he cleaned very well after himself.

Cameras the Sales Advisor ordered was not as needed or conform to the requests made for 2 different locations. I had to order additional parts on Amazon to help the installation which had to be rescheduled at the 2nd location. For the first location, the sales advisor did not take into account the measurement needs for 1 item, which had to be returned. Just a few days after installation, we received a notice that the battery powers of our unwired cameras was less than 10%. I was told they would last 3 to 4 months before having to charge/change the batteries but apparently they were never charged to begin with. After installation no effort was taken to provide any instructions for use. On a positive note, the installers were friendly and well mannered. We tipped them all despite everything. This whole experience was such a time sink. I had to have 2 different sales appointments which were all initially set up incorrectly by a new employee which then had to be rescheduled several times. Then the Sales Advisor apparently knows little about home security and orders the wrong cameras and wrong doorbell. One installation had to be rescheduled a 2nd time due to a lack of parts to "rig" the installation and make the wrong cameras work. Now, I have to reinstall 2 cameras myself just 2 weeks later. I have TotalTech, partly for the free installation. I do not plan on renewing this service as its not much of a service. I would have rather paid to have the installation done correctly and be provided with some instruction.

note done never showed never called they are the worst since they change 3 years ago i will never recommend nor will i have the conference in there ability to serve there long term customers 2 month for a appointment and they have been here for the same problem 3 time with in the last 90 days now i wait almost 2 months for them to come back out ! rating !

Much of this I likely could have done myself, however it offers a degree of confidence to have a professional install the system. My only complaint is that the price seemed a little high for multiple items.

Kory is amazing and so friendly!!!! Bestbuy installed a lot of equipment at the house and I’m so happy with their service. As a customer we all need please like Kory. Give him a raise as he deserves it.
